Hadn't heard that, Mary Pat. I just gave DH the list of winning numbers, so he's off checking...

Well, we didn't win the BIG one, but he'll take it to the store and have the machine check it.

I'd be happy with a smaller prize--even a mere $1 mill., how 'bout you guys?

Sharon M, I'm sorry about your mom's situation. My mom is 92 and for now lives in a small apartment attached to my sister's house. She's getting quote forgetful, but other than that, has been in good health. I need to start getting over there to visit more often. Luckily, my sister is a wonderful, caring & smart person and doesn't have a DH or kids, so she doesn't mind (too much) being her main caretaker. It's so difficult dealing with the emotions connected to our aging parents. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Good Afternoon Ladies! I finally got to hang out in the gallery a bit to leave some luv. I'm very behind in there so hopefully I'll find more time since tomorrow is the last day of the month...YIKES! Now I'm off to clean my floor so I can start putting up the Christmas Tree. I did finish my Cookie Exchange invites but did them digitally this year since I was limited on time and the invite list went up to 25 this year; so a little crafty but not much ). All but the final one has been handed out or in the mail, had to buy more stamps.

Hope you're all having a great day!

Congrats to all that have met their goal for the year! What great feeling. Now it makes me wish I had made a yearly goal instead of just a monthly goal that changed monthly........ I am happy with what I have done it just doesn't allow me to feel like I met a "yearly" goal?? Don't ask me why that goal feels like it is a bigger deal than a flexable monthly goal cuss I wouldn't have an answer. Back to my next layout.

I was looking at all you've gotten done this year on your siggy the other day. I think you've rocked!! Good news...this year is nearly over and you can make a yearly goal for 2013!!!

I know what you mean because I didn't do a yearly goal either BUT I am so happy with myself for what I did do. I've said it before & I'll say it again...I would have NEVER had any pages done if I hadn't found this group. My stampin' friends are all impressed with what I've done. Hopefully after the 1st of the year I can get a few of them to join us. Maybe I'll add a yearly goal starting in January...that could be my New Year's Resolution!!

Make your yearly goal manageable - what you did this year with a few more to shoot for! I find my goal very motivating, even though I can't stamp/scrapbook every month as often as I want to (and some months AT ALL because of my busy job) at least I know that I am getting SOME done...and I can measure it!

Bring lots of friends!

I just tallied up the numbers in your siggy and you've done a lot more pages this year than I have! Kudos to you, Sharon!!

Here is "Beautiful Day".
I am going to count up and see where i am for my goal for December.

Not quite up to speed still. I did make goal last month did a few challenges and did a few mini albums also.
I still need to work on timely upload. Just uploaded Oct this morning lol. Had a little too much fun Halloween . I will be home bound after first week of Nov. crafting for Christmas, so it should be easier for me to do a couple pages a week and upload weekly.
NO-vember. Yep, Should have been easy enough, but nope I did not reach my goal of 10 pages.
I did 3 of my 10 pages(personal pages) all 95% done.
I have scrapbooked over a 100 pages all in albums made for our Christmas craft fair, Dec Daily albums and a 3 projects for our scrapbook party being held on Dec.15. I will share later this month.
Oh well, being crafty is good.

Sharon, praying for you and your Mom! I can relate as my Mom just went to the hospital last week. She had pneumonia but she had complications because of her blood pressure & diabetes. Not to mention that she waited until Friday after Thanksgiving to tell everyone she probably needed to go to the Hospital because she was really sick ... she didn't want to ruin holiday. A few months ago I moved her to a small house about 2 miles from my Sis and I'm sure glad we did that as my Sis was able to help her.

It's a really tough decision to have to help our parents through ... what's safe and what's comfortable. [[hugs]]

I go in spurts too because of my job but I love this monthly goal thread for just helping me enjoy plugging along on getting pages done
