I am not unhappy with the layouts I have done this month but I am not going to make my goal of 20 like I was hoping. I need to check back to see if that was what I put down because if I need one or two more I can whip something out tonight/tomorrow, but if I said 20, then I just won't make it.

Your quote made me smile....in Aus we also refer to them as daubers, and a dobber is someone who "dobs" or "tells" on another person...LOL.

Happy weekend everyone

I did not get anymore done in March but I do have my first one just finished for April!! Just took the photos so will have it ready to post once the April thread is up!

I have been cleaning house for a visit from my sis and bil as they travel thru from South Florida back home to Iowa. They have been away from home since September. She said we have been in Florida so long this year we qualify for residency!!

They really called them dobbers? That's an interesting spelling, since my understanding is they were daubers, from the idea of daubing ink on paper, etc. But I guess anything goes in this age of texting and making up your own words and spelling for everything!

Too bad you can't get better information for the supply list!
The spelling is what confused me too...I always thought they were daubers.

I think I'll take my finger daubers along with the small box of small square ink pads. That way I'll have lots of colors to choose from and hopefully that'll work...thanks everyone!
