Can you believe it? I did my first page for March! The month is half done and I just did my first page! I just let the paper do the work! No challenges, just got one done. I still have about four more pages of this Panama trip to scrap. I am kind of tired of it. Then I have about the same to do for our N.E./ Canadian cruise to finish. I am kind of glad we have done our cruises, as those cruise lines are having a lot of problems right now!
Here is Everglades.

Hello, hello! Checking in to say hi! As usual it has been crazy busy here with dance stuff. I was able to get away last weekend for a scrapbook retreat though. I got 11 pages done and the covers done for the girls' autograph books for Disney. I was working on our Disney trip from 2011 and we go back in two weeks! I'm just a little behind. I have nothing on the schedule tomorrow so I plan on playing! I hope to take photos and upload this weekend too. I think the pages are really cute. I used Disney cricut cartridges for most of them so they were time consuming but worth it.

I need to immerse myself in scrapping for a few hours after spending a week ordering costumes for 12 dances. My pockets are now beyond empty!

I'm going to try to browse the gallery now.

Sharon, I'm with you .... I'm just securing down my first pages for March and it's the 16th ... ugh! It's esp disappointing since the page has been laid out for over a month. I guess the good part is I've been busy w// fun stuff so I have more photo moments to scrap

I'm gone again tomorrow but I *HOPE* Sunday afternoon I'll have some time to get a few more pages done & spend time in the gallery

Sounds like we are all just getting started! I thought it was just me.
Thanks to Sally's sketch and Cheryl's Variety challenges I was inspired to do another page.
Here is mine.

Off to leave some love in your galleries!

I just finished my 25th 12x12 page and last page of my Panama album! Want to come celebrate with me? Whahoo! Here is the last page.

I also did another page that I didn't upload one of Larry's certificate of going thru the canal because it is identical to the one I uploaded with mine.

So, I have completed 4 of my 5 goal for this month! Yea!

I'm another who has not yet started for this month! My 15 page goal for March seems a little ambitious at this point. I've been feeling off this month - tired, achy. Probably fighting the many viruses going around and winter just won't disappear.

I got TWO new lenses this weekend for my camera!! Two big tournaments are coming up, and I was pretty determined to have some new glass to hopefully capture some of the many awesome moments.

I definitely plan on getting SOMETHING done this month. I miss my crafty time!

Loving all of your pages everyone. Keep up the good work!

So I went into my scraproom to play a little and do a page or two... and couldn't find my desk. Yep, a paper and sticker and fun-stuff explosion, obviously orchestrated by the house elves as I would never leave such a mess! So, worked on clearing a path to the desk, worked on clearing a patch of space on the desktop, didn't get any crafting done. Ooooh, but I did find some pretties just waiting to be used... chipboard, and glitter, and Basic Grey, oh my!!!!

I did get 200+ photos into an album though (pockets), that's gotta count for something, right?!

I have my fifth and final goal page for the month done. Now I am just too tired to post tonight and it is more fun to browse the gallery at the pages posted.
I plan on doing a few more pages this month but no pressure as I accomplished the low goal I set. After the February blitz of layouts I just kind of slumped in March. I did notice a variety challenge I wanted to try................

I know I really need to hit the gallery and see what you all have been up to, but for tonight I'm just linking what I have uploaded. I got three more digi pages done this weekend:

Subway Art
Week 6
Week 11

Thanks!

My latest page, Done!

Running Rocks!

Tomorrow I will have the opportunity for picture taking......... just what I need, more scrap pages!!?! And guess what?? they won't be about my grand kids! Maybe I will have pictures printed today of my kitchen remodel. That will provide me with a new theme for layouts.

I'm sitting here working on my first page for the month of March! Pretty sure I will not make my 15 page goal this month! I have been taking photos though with my fancy new lenses. On Friday we head out on the road to Prince George, BC (8.5 hours or so drive) for Jr West Regionals so I anticipate lots of new basketball pictures to scrapbook for sure. We will also be flying to Montreal in the middle of April for Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League Open Finals - my boy is playing with the A team in the big games! It has been a busy, but exciting month.

I have a question about photo storage/sorting and editing software. I am currently just using iPhoto. It's "fine", but I'm thinking about getting something with a little more power/functionality. Does anyone here use Photoshop Lightroom 4??

Here's my page from tonight! I didn't set out to do a challenge, but it fit the March Creative Crew one - and likely a few others but I'm too tired to go look.

I used a really fun feature in MDS for this page, and that was to import a page I had made awhile back and use the template to jumpstart this page. Fun when the brain is a little tired!

I am SO glad there's 10 days left. It's been a busy month & I added the reminder of February's goal to March so I have 5 pages left to do. The good news is I'm going to a crop tomorrow so I'm going to take enough for those pages I need & see how much I get done!

I am still making headway this month, one page at a time. With another adventure into digi manipulation. I posted the original page then made a slight change in color around the main photo with Photoshop Elements then posted that too. It was fun checking out the possibilities of digital manipulation.

I was not "around" scrapping today but I did go scrap shopping!! With a fellow card maker with occasional scrapping. No matter, we had fun and a day out even though the weather was not too great. Just light sprinkles and NO snow. Hard to snow when it is in the high 60's.............

Scrap shopping AND 60's how lucky are you. We were in the low 40s. I think the groundhog lied to us!

Here are the two latest pages for the year. I used the sketch challenge for the right side then just the same style for the left side.

It took me a whole day just to figure out the title oval looks and works much better horizontally that it did vertically. It take too much time to figure out the littlest things sometimes!

Kitchen Renewal

Kitchen right side

Thank for looking.

Nice pages! Left some love in your gallery.
I know what you mean about figuring out small things. Sometimes, I don't figure it out until it is uploaded, then I see what I could have done! LOL

I use Picasa for my photo storage/editing. When my hubby ordered my Mac, he had this fancy software (Aperature) put on here for me. But it's just too involved for me. I felt kinda bad... and downloaded the free Picasa program instead. I've been using it forever and it's just so easy for me to use. I'm sure Aperature probably has a lot more editing capabilities, but I've always been happy with what I can do with Picasa. I have a Nikon that takes really nice photos anyway.. so don't need to do a lot of editing.

I have 22 pages done for March! Most of my daughters Junior year is done except for Prom. I doubt I will be able to get to it before the month ends cause I am going away tomorrow night. So when I get back I have some huge spring cleaning to do and then I really have to bust it out and get it all done! No stress! I just know the last 6 weeks of school will fly then graduation will be here. I so want this done soon!

Lela, that is wonderful! Will you be here for work? We definitely have to get together. Fill me in our the details, so we can work something out.

Believe it or not, 3 client meetings in Glendale/Phoenix. I pm'd you the details! Super excited if we get a chance for dinner

Planning for a big weekend of scrapping! Just me and DH and we don't have plans so it's a good time for more pages to get done

I never thought of Aperature. I bought a book with tips about Lightroom4, going to read it to see what I can learn before I actually buy. Maybe it is time for me to just learn Photoshop.

We are heading to Montreal in two weeks for another basketball tournament. I wasn't too happy with my photos from this past weekend, though I did get enough good ones for some fun pages - enough to capture the trip for Ben's book, but nothing stunning. Maybe in Montreal I will shoot in RAW format, give me lots of options for playing with them later. Usually I do very little editing, as you say.
