Around September last year I started getting organized for Christmas using the "Organized Christmas Plan" making a notebook, using a 3 ring binder etc. It really helped me stay on target for Christmas, from cleaning, shopping, keeping my online orders and packing slips in one spot and organized (it was a blessing now that it's time to send some things back for refund etc.) But what was THE most wonderful part of all was that I had my Christmas cards made and mailed BEFORE Christmas this year.!! I WILL STAY ORGANIZED THIS YEAR!
i love this! i think i'll try it.. i didn't get any christmas cards out this year... pushing myself to do christmas cards each month will be great!!

i'd love to join in...
i spent my 2 weeks at christmas cleaning my craft room. i go every other month to a scrapping retreat - but mostly just chat and grade papers. this year i want to challenge myself to finish my france scrapbook and get a good start on my oldest dd's school book.
i think a goal of 4 pages per month is doable. i may not finish my album - but i should be pretty darn close.
Welcome! France? I'd love to see those pictures if you'll be sharing. Will probably be the closest I ever get!

5th page of my 8 for the month. There are so many great challenges this month, I don't think I will have a problem getting my goal.

I love heading overseas and try to go every other year if possible. I want my girls to see the world.
This particular trip was for my 40th birthday and we did Paris and Normandy. I normally don't fool with Paris when we go over there - but it was my girls' first time over so they had to do the city. This was my first time to Normandy and I really liked it. I had been wanting to see Mont St. Michel since I was in 9th grade and loved that I finally got to do it. But I prefer Toulouse / Lyon area and will go back there the next time we head over.
I'll see if I can't get a few pictures taken and posted of my pages!

7 pages completed this weekend. i hit my january goal! yay! I'll try to post pictures later. My pages aren't very thrilling - i have so many pictures, it's hard to get as creative as some of you fabulous ladies!

That is odd?!! I had added comments to papertrail's pages earlier this evening but they only show by clicking on the the post. I had noticed it as soon as I posted the comments but figured something was going on with Splitcoast. Something still may be going on and they just have not caught up.

Ok here is my 6th digital scrapbook layout, which means I've hit my goal for January on pages and cards! So far, so good (everytime I type that phrase I think of Laurel & Hardy ~ March of the Wooden Soldiers ~ off track I know) ANYWAY ~ here is my last page for the month, but I might do more since it's actually for a mini album.

Love your page. I know what you mean about layout sketches. I have several binders filled with them. I too a magazine from Becky Higgins and cut the pages out of it from the binding and then put them in page protectors then into a binder. I'm obsessed!
I've already put my new goals in my signature! I am hoping to complete 135 pages and 75 cards in 2013! I will make my January goal 15 pages and 10 cards!

I'm not doing so well on my goals for the month ladies! Ooops! It has been toooo busy. Between re-organizing my crafty corner I've also been away two weekends this month for wheelchair basketball, plus I have been knitting. I really hope to get some good paper crafting time in this weekend.

Boy..that reminds me about the afghan I've been crocheting for about 20 years now! I only do it over the winter cause it's WAY too hot to work on any other time of year. And since I only do it over the winter and only every other year or so, it takes a while to remember how when I pick it back up again. My grandmother taught me how to do the ripple stitch and it's the only one I know how to do. I think it's probably long enough now to use but I've never used it so maybe I'll have to get it back out again to check

I have now read every post up to this one in this month's thread, haha! Welcome back to so many and you all have awesome goals!
I managed to exceed my January goal and have completed my mom's calendar pages (not the whole calendar yet, but the month pages are done!) and have my Week 3 page done too!! So here are the last of the pages I will share here...I have a few extra that will be on my blog but I pretty much hate them, haha, and I say so on the blog. I was at my mom's over the long weekend so she helped me select photos and she liked what I had done even if I don't soooo I guess that's as good as its gonna get! Here are the ones I DO like: January March July August

Hi again, love seeing what everyone gets done each month, I am hoping for 4 pages a month, with 44 being the ultimate goal. I am really hoping with both kids off to school and a dedicated craft space, this year I will get lots done. Raewyn.

I have 9 pages that are partially to mostly finished , They all need a title, embellishing or journaling or just something to punch it up a bit. I sometimes can get so far then just can't seem to get the punch that's needed, but that is okay. I can put them aside and come back to them or just take some time and go to the scrapbook store to find something!
Anyway I gotta scoot off to work, but I can not remember how to change and update my signature.
