Can you believe this is our 4th year of Scrappin' Goal Challenge?! We sure completed an AWESOME number of pages together in 2009, 2010 & 2011 and I'm looking forward to MORE Scrap pages together in 2012! Let's keep scrappin'.
It was SO fun to see everyone's goals and ideas for completing LOTS of scrapbook pages in 2012! Many had a common theme - get more pages done, use what's in our stash, meet new scrapping friends, plan time/crops...
What fun we'll have sharing ideas, cheering success, keeping the motivation and making new friends. Our scrap goal isn't all about getting pages done, it's also about enjoying the process! Please feel free to join at any time!
Here's the CHALLENGE. Each person will post what their scrapbook page goal is for February. We will have a better shot at meeting our yearly goal if we break it down by month. Along with the scrapbook page goal for this month, if you'd like to play along with the "Using Stash Crew" decide what your scrapping budget will be for that month.
*In this thread, we'll track how we do for the month. Look HERE to share and track your Annual Goals. *
You choose your own scrapbook page goal and monthly spend goal. You may select 2, 3, 5, 50 pages....you choose. The idea is to be flexible so if you know you're going to be really busy, you can reduce the number one month or if you're going to a couple crops or scrap weekends, up the number. This also works for the budget. Each month, you can change your goals depending on your calendar!
The whole goal of the challenge is to get lots of pages done, use more in our stash before buying new (well at least keep track) and if you want to play along w/ saving --- save $$ at the same time which becomes scrapping budget $ for next year -- or vacation money or Holiday fund!

SCS 52 Week Thursday Goal Challenge!
This year on Thursdays you'll be invited to join us for our 52 Week Scrap Challenge. These challenges will be PERFECT whether you're working on your kids albums, 2011 Family Album, Daily Life Album or a "BOM" (Book of Me).
By the end of the year, you'll have some GREAT pages or a complete 2011 Scrapbook...OR BOTH!

trying to get back on track for February... I'm adding 2 pages for February to bring my total Feb goal to 10. That accounts for the 2 I didn't finish in January... and Lela - it felt like parts of January draggedddddd.... on. Leaping in to a new month for the better I hope!

Happy February eveyone! I got my 5 in January. I am going to set a goal of 5 again this month. Will set higher goals later, because my annual goal is 100! I think for March it will be a higher goal because of VSBN!
This sounds like fun and something I need ! Am excited about doing this as it is my first time at joining anything.

Ok, I reached my January goal of one and actually doubled it - I made 2 pages - yippy.
So, for February I'm going to take a leap and set a goal of 3 pages. Wow, Tam, that is a mighty big leap you are taking for this month, good luck!

Nice Job everyone and Sharon I love your room... I stalled in January with my room organizing... I'm stuck with not being sure how to organize all of my embellishments. I need something easy and accessible and not too tempting for little fingers. If I store stuff away though, I forget about it...I saw some ideas from Sharon's pics and I'm collecting others on Pinterest... now I just need to get to the DOING part of the organizing lol....

Thank you all for your comments and encouragement on my craft room! After I painted it yellow, Michele, I was scared, it was soooo yellow! But by the time DH put things on the wall and I got everything against the walls, I was used to it. I really am enjoying it and can't wait for VSBN!
Vallerie, glad you got some ideas from my room.
But anyway, I am totally enjoying it!
Now, I have to Lela's gallery and see all her pages.

Lela, Wendy and Sharon ... you guys are tearing it up for February! DH and a friend are going to "thatch" the yard tomorrow so hopefully I can play in my room!
ALMOST finished with my first page for February...WOO HOO! Getting some unexpected weather here in VA...snow is just coming down so, our friend that was supposed to come from PA this evening is staying put at home as she is getting even more snow and so our plans to go out tonight have been canceled...SO, looks like I will be scrappin' the night away
Anyone else scrappin? Any fun weekend plans going on?

I plan on scrapping tonight ... I was going to scrap today while DH worked in the yard but did house work instead. I got a new DVD and plan on spending time tonight in my scrap room watching the movie and scrapping! Definitely need to get my Mojo back and finish the kid's wedding album ... in four weeks will be their one year anniversary!

Wow, February has started off with a BANG! I have completed 12 pages already! The lady I do page layouts for put out a new kit and so I did 5 for that and then I did another 7 laying around the house (fighting a cold). (I posted those ones here in my gallery, the other 5 are on my blog) So since I already have that many, I think I will put my goal this month in for a total of 20 pages.
