Hello Verve Fans!! Welcome to Day 4 of our Anni-VERVE-sary challenges! We’re celebrating 5 wonderful years of Verve and are so excited to share our new release with you! To kick the party off, every day this week we’ll post a fun new challenge for you. Today, Tosh and I are hosting a CAS Challenge! That's right. . .Clean and Simple is the name of the game! So, whatever Clean and Simple means to you, we'd LOVE to see it! Be sure to take a close look at our samples, because you just might see some super sneaky peeks of what’s releasing later this month! You’ll have until 5PM Eastern on Friday, August 24 to complete the challenge and upload your creations with the provided keywords. We’ll draw a random winner from each challenge gallery to win a special prize package of new stamps and dies! Winners will be announced at our release party that night (you don’t need to be present to win). But that’s not all! Play along in all 5 of the challenges and then link your creations up in the Release Champions thread for a chance to win our entire new release (a $300+ value)! To be eligible, creations must be new (posted 8/13 or later) and you must make 5 total projects (no combining of challenges, please). Verve stamps are not required but we sure do love to see ‘em!!! hey, I realized that my card for today's spotlight hop is pretty CAS as well! I hope I don't offend anyone with my long thread ends...I was on a forum last month about trends and someone said they "hated" loose thread ends!! LOL...I love them :)

Oh my, if this weren't a challenge for an amazing prize, not sure I could have done it. I have a super hard time with the "less is more" philosophy. But hopefully my card comes across as clean and elegant, and not sparse. It helped to use my very favorite flower stamps from Great Friend. They look anything but simple to me.

May I suggest you get the trilogy before you start the first book, otherwise there's the possibility that you'll get to the end of a book and not have the next installment on hand, and that would just not do! :) Enjoy!! |

I am on the 3rd book. I am glad I got it on my kindle, because as soon as I got done with each book, no mater the time of day, I could just download them as I finished a book. :)

Oh, I am old fashioned and have the actual books - I can't bring myself to get a kindle! Although, for reading these books in public it's probably a good idea as then no one would know what I was reading! Te he! But, I have no shame, I read it with the cover showing!! ;)
