Hello Sorry I have been MIA, We had family for Christmas and my dad ended up back in the hospital. I am back on program and trying to origaninze my life at the moment.

Come on ladies, Lets get some more swappers in this here area---I know the New Year's resolutions are out there...and everyone likes to climb onto the "get healthy"wagon ESP. in the month of JANUARY....new beginning yada yada yada...ectera ectera ectera
DONNA--i had gotten your pm on the deets...that's good...but i always make more...i do so like my creations..and my recipes
once i make my smoothie recipe I will be finding another one or two...these make great little books to tuck away in the gift closet....
OR if you are wanting to make a gift basket--think casserole dish here...you gather the ingredients with a spiffy recipe card and voila--instant wonderful enjoyable and edible gift

I JUST MADE THE easiest and moist crock-pot chicken...its
its called slow cooker II lemon garlic chicken...its a 5 points for alovely chicken breast
AND i did something really wild...i read the reviews for roasted kale chips...it looked kookie but i went to the store, bought kale,...followed the directions and I'll be da** it does taste crunchy and crispy like chips...
that is my second recipe...I too will be making this twice a week...cause it is really extra good
I started over with the training at 24 hour fitness and reset my body bug programmer too...its the arm thingie that the biggest losers wear during the show..it tracks all of the daily activiity and shows you how many calories you ar burning a day...then when you add what you have eatten---you see how you are managing your weight loss...
anyway I feel good about yesterday and today..now with my kale and chicken--i will try another recipe quinoa...that will be the end of my experiemnting with different foods this week...what i really want to do is make some kraft mac n cheese...i have the food allowance for either....decisions decisions....

I'll go put you down for 2 more spots AND a prezzie as well. It sounds like you have a couple of really good recipes. I'm thinking I'm liking the roasted kale chips. There are many times when I'd just love to have something crunchy and I'd bet they aren't many points at all.

Just checked the post and Linda is our only add to the list of swappers. I will be sending a weekend prezzie in her return package.
We're still taking more swappers because the more the merry and the bigger the variety of recipes.
