I get more than a few newsletters via email from crafty companies. I've noticed that often, I delete them without even opening them up, because they haven't been sharing information in the past that "hooks' me.

So my question today is: What do you like to see in a newsletter from a crafty company? What keeps you reading? What sorts of things do you like to see? Pictures of products? Samples/cards/projects using the products? Sales? Coupon codes? Something you can't see anywhere but the newsletter (exclusive content)?

Samples made with the products, news of upcoming sales, news about any upcoming challenges the company is sponsoring... that is about it!
