We need to paint the gallery RED this week ladies! Our Queen this week might not be wearing a purple robe because (as you may or may not know) her favorite color is RED! Let's crown Anne as our fabulous new Queen! You can find Anne here on Splitcoast under the code name: jdmommy
Some ideas on how you might encourage and honour our fabulous Queen this week: Send her a Private Message, comment on the lovely cards in her gallery, post a message for her here on this thread, pick a card from her gallery to be inspired by and create a card for her. There are really “no rules”. You can play along with this challenge anytime. There is no deadline. Even if you don't know this week's Queen, come play along anyway. It's a great way to "get to know" each other!
EVERYONE is welcome to join in this challenge and give Anne the Royal Treatment!

I am awake waiting for the coverage of the Royal Wedding. What better way to STAY awake than to make a card honoring our new Queen! Here is my red version of her blue card.
Whoo Hoo Anne, congrats, what an honor to be able to be crowned Queen for the Day on William & Kate's special day as well. Wear that crown with pride. I will have to CASE you later today. got to be at work really early.
CONGRATS Queen Anne - I'll be by sometime today hopefully for a longer note. Just wanted to say congrats!! See you at the royal wedding!

I'll have to make something RED. Anne, I'll be happy to hand the crown over to you. May be a bit, but I'll sure get a card in your honor. I have my son and family staying with me until they can get power restored from the storms so I'll be a bit behind. Have fun!!!
It's been a couple of weeks since I've been able to play along with this challenge & I'm so glad that I did today! Anne's cherry card was special tribute to her grand-daughter, I wanted to make a card to celebrate the special bond between my Grannie and I. Hope you enjoy my card. I have such sweet memories of my special time on the farm with my grandparents.
I had intended on making a RED card and somehow went with purple....guess I'll do another

My goodness, you have an AMAZING gallery Anne! I enjoyed all the time I spent today checking out all 103 pages of your gallery! It was hard to only pick one card (and I'm hoping to find time to do another one), but for now here's my Amazing Pink Layers in honor of this week's AMAZING queen!

I'm a little late to the coronation, but I've been gone for over a week. I HAD to make a card for Anne. She is always so generous with her comments to others, creates astounding cards and is an active participant in all daily challenges here.
