Well, a few weeks ago we honoured a cat lover as our Queen. But, there is not only one cat lover on this site, but two (and dare I say, probably more!) Let’s give the cat’s meow this week to Queen Priscilla (catluvr2).
Some ideas on how you might encourage and honour our fabulous Queen this week: Send her a Private Message, comment on the lovely cards in her gallery, post a message for her here on this thread, pick a card from her gallery to be inspired by and create a card for her. There are really “no rules”. You can play along with this challenge anytime. There is no deadline. Even if you don't know this week's Queen, come play along anyway. It's a great way to "get to know" each other!
EVERYONE is welcome to join in this challenge and give Priscilla the Royal Treatment she deserves!
You can check out THIS THREAD if you need more information. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Queens are chosen for their participation on SCS in the challenges and also for commenting on other people's creations and/or other involvement here on Splitcoast.

Thank you Trish! When I opened the QFTD and saw the name, I thought how nice that this week's honoree is another Priscilla. I'm always so anxious to explore the new QFTD's gallery that I click on the gallery 1st, then after browsing, I go back and read the intro. You can't imagine my shock upon seeing my own gallery. There are so many wonderful ladies and gents on Splitcoast - I wish I could thank them all for their kindness and encouragement.
Challenges I participate in: Inspirational Challenge, Sketch Challenge, Inspirational Challenge, Free 4 All Challenge, Queen for the Day Challenge, Feature Stamper, Color Challenge, Ways to Use It, Try a New Technique and I am a proud Tea-Potter Challenge participant.
Lois, some of my best friends and people I love, don't love cats, or even like them. The best advice my Mother ever gave me was to marry someone who loves cats as much as I do - she did not like cats. I took her advice and so glad I did. Thanks for all the nice comments on my cards. Priscilla
Congratulations, Priscilla! I just have to say that each time I see your avatar, I wonder if it's your HS graduation picture ~ looks like the hair style and photo style from my high school days, and I love it!
I enjoyed browsing through your lovely gallery ~ here's my card for you
Hi Claudia! No it's not High School, but you're close - I was 24 and it was my engagement announcement photo. It's not my favorite photo, but it is my husband's favorite and when I told him I was going to make our cat my avatar, he asked me to use the engagement photo instead. We've been married 42 years - that's how dated it is! Thanks again for honoring me with your beautiful card.
Hey Sue, I actually like my HS photo better. I was one of only two girls in my entire High School, who had very long hair instead of a "bubble cut", or "flip". guess I'm just a late bloomer. The last photo taken of me was about 10 or so years ago. I'm always the one behind the lens. Thanks for the compliments on my gallery. Priscilla
Hi Susie, Your gallery is filled with such amazing, intricate creations - they're absolute works of art! Thank you so much for all the kind comments and compliments on my cards, I so appreciate the encouragement.
Lovely and inspiring gallery, Priscilla! There are so many cards I would love to CASE, but, alas, there is the problem of time enough, so for now I have one to share. Very Merry
So nice to read that you participate in the OWH campaign. I haven't sent anything to them in probably a year - shame, too. Love your work, have a happy week as Queen!
