Don't you just love the inspiration here... all the challenges, the huge gallery of wonderfulness. It just makes me SMILE! Let's make our Queen smile this week. She is SmilynStef!
Some ideas on how you might encourage and honour our fabulous Queen this week: Send her a Private Message, comment on the lovely cards in her gallery, post a message for her here on this thread, pick a card from her gallery to be inspired by and create a card for her. There are really “no rules”. You can play along with this challenge anytime. There is no deadline. Even if you don't know this week's Queen, come play along anyway. It's a great way to "get to know" each other!
EVERYONE is welcome to join in this challenge and give Stef the Royal Treatment she deserves!
You can check out THIS THREAD if you need more information. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Queens are chosen for their participation on SCS in the challenges and also for commenting on other people's creations and/or other involvement here on Splitcoast.

Wonderful choice, Trish. Stef really does a wonderful job with the IC challenge finding great sites to inspire us. Her gallery reflects the variety of sites found. It was such a delight looking at her body of work in her gallery...and remembering some of the wonderful challenges. She also comments on the cards of those that particip[ate which has to take oodles of time.
Stef......enjoy your week in the spotlight. I'm thrilled for you!
Yes!!! Fabulous choice again Trish! I always want to play along with Stef's AMAZING IC challenges and am always a little disappointed when time gets the better of me. Plus, Stef is ALWAYS so kind in comments and makes a point to have different guests for making examples each week! In addition to the FABULOUS designs she makes!!!
Stef, no matter what, I intend on making a card to honor you! You truly are such a lovely lady!
Stephanie- you always make such nice cards and are such a wonderful "encourager" to us SCS'ers- Congrats on being Queen this week! I was inspired by your 12 Tags- Feminine Twist with its beautiful mellow blue and festive red color scheme- and re purposed a teal and gold Altoids tin- for the base of my card. I used SU's Big on Christmas, Pool Penguins, and a winter set from SU for my embossed snowflakes- I don't think my lounging penguin wants to be in chilly weather!! Here's Blue & Red

Yeah! I have found Stephanie to be a warm, kind, wonderful gal! She does an incredible job at bringing us the IC challenge every Saturday and "sleet, rain, or snow" I participate in it each week! So many of her cards ARE ingenious, just like her blog Ingenious Inkling, which I follow and love. On her blog, I have discovered several challenges that I had never heard of. I submitted a card to one, in fact, and it was picked as a "favorite of the week!" How cool is that?!? I love how Stef uses so many elements in creating her cards and how she can take what, to me, is the "craziest" or most "complicated" sketch and make an amazing card! And ... I have never seen anyone use stickers so effectively. In fact, on some of her cards, until I read her description, most of the time I don't even realize they are stickers! CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING QUEEN THIS WEEK, STEPHANIE! You ROCK and you INSPIRE me! I'll definitely making a card (or two--heehee!) in your honor!
