This week is week #100 for the Queen for the Day Challenge. Many thanks to Anne Ryan for starting up this challenge. I have certainly appreciated it and had fun with it. You wonderful ladies who all participate warm my hearts each week with your kindness for each other!
There's nothing to be BLUE about this week! The challenge will go on! This week we pass the crown on to someone who really understands color and style. You're going to love browsing the colorful gallery of Queen Lydia – Understandblue
Some ideas on how you might encourage and honour our fabulous Queen this week: Send her a Private Message, comment on the lovely cards in her gallery, post a message for her here on this thread, pick a card from her gallery to be inspired by and create a card for her. There are really “no rules”. You can play along with this challenge anytime. There is no deadline. Even if you don't know this week's Queen, come play along anyway. It's a great way to "get to know" each other!
QUEEN LYDIA - what a great choice. Can't wait to play, although I may be late. ENJOY your week! Look like you get to be surprised for a change. Trish, your words are so kind and we certainly appreciate everything you to do keep this challenge going. It's my favorite challenge when I can get to it!

I had to do a challenge that honors Lydia! Reading her blog, I've learned that Lydia is a long-distance walker.. that was the inspiration for this card.
