Hi SCSers!
DIY Bride, an online resource for do-it-yourself weddings, is launching our digital-format magazine in September.
We've opened our doors for papercrafters (and crafters of all mediums, too) to have an opportunity to showcase your wedding-related crafts.
We are looking for talented crafters who would like to showcase their never-before-published handcrafted work in the DIY Bride digital magazine. We are seeking wedding-related projects that are fresh, fun, elegant, and utterly inspiring for our do-it-yourself audience.
Open Calls Showcase - Deadline July 22nd, 2011
Bookish Projects: Have you transformed an old book into something fabulous like a centerpiece? Do you make hand-make books? We'd love to see your unique creations!
Embellished Shoes: If you've given your wedding day shoes a handmade upgrade, we want to see!
Fascinators: Show us your loveliest fascinator creations made with feathers, fabric, jewels, ribbons, or paper.
Favors Under $1.00: Made an awesome wedding favor that cost less than a dollar each to make? We'd love to see it!
Photo Projects: Have you created a wedding project that uses a photo? Show us your photo-friendly stationery, gifts, decor, centerpieces, etc. (No scrapbook pages for this one, thanks.)
Winter: Celebrate wintery goodness with a handcrafted cold weather-themed project.
We have ongoing calls in other areas as well.
