Company Angel Policy Thread (No Chatter :) )
This thread is for stamp company owners and employees to post Angel Policies if they wish.
The guidelines are as follows:
Please do not post in this thread if you are not an employee or an owner of the company whose policy is being posted.
The only text in your post should be the actual Angel Policy, as stated on your company website.
No chatter or responses please - we want this to be easy to search and clean.

By downloading our Digi Stamps you are accepting that
the files are only for personal use by the purchaser in small scale
craft projects.
The downloaded files may not be resold, used
to create physical stamps, used in image swaps, distributed online or in printed
form, shared or traded in digital or printed form. The Digi
Stamps may not be posted uncoloured or unwatermarked on
any blog or website without permission, they may only be
posted as an example of a piece of finished coloured work.
The Digi Stamps may be flipped, rotated, scaled and cropped.
The Digi Stamp may be used for sale in small scale one-off
craft products, any other use is only allowed with the express written permission of Just Inklined.

All my art is original and hand drawn by me, Maurie J Manning (MJM) and is protected by copyright. I reserve all rights to my illustrations.
This license you are purchasing to use my image is intended for your personal use. You are not permitted to redistribute any of my illustrations to others without written permission from me. No copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, swapping, or reselling the image.
You are, however, permitted to make and sell individually (handmade and hand-colored) cards and projects that you create using MJM illustrations. Toppers are not considered a finished project and may not be sold.
Please keep my illustration copyright mark visible somewhere on the project (alongside the art if possible, but you can move it to the back of the card if it interferes with your design.)
Regarding the use of MERGED IMAGES: Cards using images merged with other artist's images are only for personal use and may not be sold unless you receive permission from me. You may sell cards where you have used only my images to merge.

Please respect the fact that the digi stamps are hand drawn and each one takes many hours to create. They and the backing papers and Pre-Coloured sheets are original designs copyright to Craftyann's. All rights reserved.
You may make and sell hand made cards or other projects using these items but you may not mass produce cards or other projects. You may not sell or distribute files or CDs containing the digi stamps or backing papers, or sheets of the printed images or backing papers. It is not permitted to make rubber or polymer stamps or from the artwork or to create and sell cutting files. All of the artwork is intended for your personal use only.
You may post photographs of your finished projects using Crafty Ann's artwork to your blog and enter competitions with it but where possible, please leave the copyright information intact and point people in the direction of the Crafty Ann's blog shop.

By purchasing a digital image from Karla Barradas through Karber’s Shop, you are entering into a license agreement.
• The digital images were created by Karla Barradas.
• Karla Barradas owns all copyrights from the digital images.
• You are purchasing only personal use license.
1. You may sell your handmade cards that you created using the digital images.
2. If your personal creation is published in a magazine, newspaper, blog etc. Please give the credit of the digital image to KARLA BARRADAS.

This section is separated into two. The first section contains my Angel Policy for my Rubber Stamp designs, the second section contains my Terms of Use for my Digital Stamp designs. These policies are directly from my website. Thank you for your cooperation.
All Elisabeth Bell stamp images (rubber and digital) are original art created by the artist, Elisabeth Bell, and are protected by copyright law. I reserve all rights to my illustrations.
Elisabeth Bell Stamps Angel Policy (Rubber Stamps)
Artist, Elisabeth Bell, welcomes all who would like to use her stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell (please see terms below). Therefore, permission is granted in the form of a limited license to use any Elisabeth Bell stamp images for the purpose of creating craftwork for sale, under the following criteria:
Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying.
Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited.
Hand-stamped craft work absolutely may NOT be used for commercial purposes on products without express written permission from the artist, Elisabeth Bell.
All Elisabeth Bell images are copyrighted, which means that they must not be copied, duplicated or marketed without express written consent from the artist.
The Artist reserves the right to deny or terminate permission to use Elisabeth Bell designs and images with respect to any particular person. Lis-trations Art and Designs, LLC, will not hesitate to pursue legal action against those who do not abide by these terms.
The following restrictions apply to Elisabeth Bell Stamps (Rubber Stamps)
1. Each project should be crafted by the individual and must be hand stamped.
2. Any artwork created using Elisabeth Bell designs must not infringe third-party copyrighted material. The artist must accept full responsibility for his or her artwork.
3. Electronic, mechanical, freehand, graphic reproduction (such as scanning or photocopying) and/or mass reproduction of any of Elisabeth Bell stamp designs without a legal license is strictly prohibited.
4. The swapping of Elisabeth Bell pre-stamped images is strictly prohibited.
5. The selling of Elisabeth Bell pre-stamped images is strictly prohibited.
6. The selling of reproduced, hand-crafted designs of Elisabeth Bell images and stamp designs on products is strictly prohibited.
7. Elisabeth Bell stamps can only be sold by authorized retailers ie. the 5 stamp companies Elisabeth currently works with (as listed below), including companies they wholesale to.
The current 5 stamp companies are:
1. Whiff of Joy Stamps
2. Belles ‘n Whistles Stamps
3. Susana’s Custom Art and Card Design
4. Elphine House
5. Ladybug and Friends
8. A maximum of 100 hand-stamped items (and NOT 100 hand-stamped items per stamp design) in the form of handmade cards is permitted for sales purposes by the artist individual.
9. Decoupage, card-toppers or use of Elisabeth Bell stamp images on materials other than handmade cards is permissible for personal keepsakes ONLY and NOT on items intended for sale.
11. Elisabeth Bell may amend these policies governing the use of her copyrighted designs and images, including the Angel Policy, at any time. Amendments to such policies are effective upon publication unless otherwise noted and will be posted on the official Elisabeth Bell website. The Artist (Elisabeth Bell) reserves the right to deny or terminate permission to use Elisabeth Bell designs and images with respect to any particular person.

Angel Policy/Terms of Use
All of our illustrations, digital papers,cut files are intended for your personal use. Projects may include (but are not limited to) cards, scrapbook pages, paper piecings, labels, tags and any handcrafted item.
•When listing completed projects on eBay, personal websites or commercial websites, or if using these patterns for a project submitted to magazines or other publications, we ask that credit be given to Digital Delights by Louby Loo.
