Default Pick of the Litter Week #34

Summer is fast leaving us. We had scorching heat last week. This week rain. A rainy day is the perfect time to do indoor stuff. Like stamp. And prepare for the Holidays.

Danielle Lounds did just that. Check out this wonderful tag that she made using . And yes, she made a bunch of these. I think that the recipients are pretty lucky. I think the tag is a gift in itself.

I just love the look of this card by Ashley Newell. The paper choices really add to the rich feel of it all. It almost feels like a tapestry, with the textures and colors. Just wonderful

Here in San Francisco, the weather can't decide what season it wants to be. Sunny and hot one day, then rainy the next. Today, it has been both.

That's why this card by Angela is perfect. One day you are out in a field of Pinwheels, the next minute it's snowing. Love it and the little rosette she embellished it with.

Default Friday Pick of the Litter

It's Fleet Week here in San Francisco, which means the Blue Angels and lots of hunky sailors. So what better card to end the week then this card by Melissa Hubert. It's got everything, paper piecing, texture and a fun layout. GRrrreEAT job, Melissa!
