You can do it if you have a custom white balance setting, so that will depend on your camera model. If you refer to your manual, it should tell you whether you have one or not.
If you do, you normally just activate it and take a shot of a white page in your lighting set-up to tell it what is white.
You can also improve the colour in your editing package .
