I like those silhouetted birds, especially the last one!
And the Siamese, that's a fantastic shot.

Default First bloom

This the first bloom on a rose bush my son and his girlfriend gave me for my birthday. This is also my first time posting a pic. I just have a Kodak point and shoot, but I'm saving for a good camera. The photos y'all post has been a great inspiration.

These are two photos I took of a wild burro. I no sooner took the first photo and he took off across the road trying to hide.

Default Burros

Those burros are so cute and they act so innocent, don't they. Nice photo's of the cuties.

They are wild. As much as I would love to live out in the desert, I don't as I am not self suficcient and I like my creature comforts such as indoor plumbing.

Armadillo....great photos of the burro! What a treat to be able to capture a picture of one in the wild. This past January when we visited family in Las Vegas I captured a few photos of a coyote that was hanging out in the backyard. He was actually quite cute and it was exciting to see one that close up.

Default #80 Photo Challenge

We have a duck sitting on eggs under the hostas in the FRONT yard but she is well hidden. Since she comes to the feeder in the back yard very early in the morning, we thoughts we'd be nice and spread some bird seeds there. In a couple of hours we had quests but not as expected. Just a bit ago there were 4 baby and 1 adult squirrel busy eating the seeds on the ground. Gosh but those little guys are cute....but then....ALL babies are cute.

DH always tells me squirrels are just rodents with tails, but there's no denying they are cute. I am glad that the one we had for a few days didn't stay, as it would probably have eaten the birds out of house and home.

Fascinating looking! Is that that some sort of hard case/chrysalis beside it?

That is part of its body. Weird, right?
