Great challenge, lovely pathway!
Yes, we missed you last week. Hope your connection problems get fixed soon. Did we have any idea, 15 years ago, that we would become so dependent on the internet? I bought a computer for my DD who was in highschool at the time and told my son that I would NEVER use it! Never say never!

We really do depend on it, don't we! When we moved and only had dial-up for a couple of weeks, I found I had to disable images in my browser in order to catch up at all - and then you lose half the content!
Hope you're fixed tomorrow and back to normal service.
I shall start thinking about P

P is for plates. About 20 years ago, I started collecting plates, but stopped after a year or two. The new house I bought 20 years ago just happened to have plate rails above the dining and living room windows, so I could display them all. Here are a few of my favourites. First.........a Norman Rockwell painting (my favourite!) second and third, plates produced from two photos my sister-in-law took in our home town: the local highschool (no longer there) and the dam on the river downtown. The dam is also no longer there, but the river is.

I like those plates. I never thought of that, and I have 3 or 4 lovely ones.
Here are some of mine.
Pipes.
Penguin Poster
Pedestrian Walkway / Parallel Lines (every time you click through the turnstile in the bottom yard in work, a warning message comes over the speaker - Please keep to the pedestrian walkway, please keep to the pedestrian walkway...
As you can tell, P presented a plethora of possibilities to me.
I have more, but just want to take one more at home.

More Ps

Petrol Station (and Parking). For years this was notoriously the most expensive petrol station in the city centre - with a fairly captive market as there are not a lot of filling stations in the city these days. Then suddenly it became one of the cheapest places to fill up. DH tries to fill up there when he can - but as he always leaves it till the last possible minute, he doesn't always have the choice.
Post Office - combined with coffee shop

P is for powerline... I don't like the reflection from inside my car, but I do like how the sky changes hues... this was the first sunny day we have had in a couple of weeks!

We'd just been watching a nature programme recently about how some ants in the Sahara navigate by the patterns of polarised light in the sky - if you interfere with the polarisation, they change direction. That range of blues reminded me of that.

P is for Purity..

I actually took this Saturday. I was doing candid photos at a Purity Ball Event. This was after the fathers put the crowns on the daughters.

cletracloversgirl: I like your pic. The rusty and mossy colours make a great contrast.
I just have to ask though, what is/are PTO and Cletrac?

"P is for PTO...on the back of the Cletrac 40..for s ome reason the caption under the pic says cletrac 15...it is really from the 40"

Elaine...sorry I have not had the puter for a while due to the blizzard in PA...

PTO is short for Power Take Off. It is one way for power to be transferred to another piece of equipment. It would have been used mush like todays 3 point hitch in the modern tractors.

Cletrac is short for Cleveland Tractor Company. The company made several tracked machines. There are fine examples at www.cletrac.org
I have a Cletrac HG 42..I called her Buttercup!

I took this picture of my puppy this morning, she was sleeping between me and my hubby and it was the cutest thing. She sleeps like a human! The other one is just a cute picture of her.
