This one represents a lot of "firsts" for me. First time I "set-up" a shot, first time trying to get "movement" and first time i used my new tri-pod. I had SO. MUCH. FUN!!!! My mom still has her camera, so I maxed out all my little point&shoot out, hee hee. I couldn't decide on the shot, so I let my boys pick their faves. The first is "Dogzilla", Second is "Lego Rally" and Last is "Action Pack"

This was a fun challenge! Great way to make us think like little kids again!

Here are mine. The first I climbed into bed with a flashlight and a favorite book that I loved as a child, covered myself with a sheet and took the picture. Who didn't think they got away with fooling their parents by doing this, just so you could read? The 2nd photo is of a mug of hot cocoa, more specifically the ton of marshmallows I poured over top. Seriously, I don't think I'll quite ever outgrow that

Angie - the train is great - reminds me of the boys when they were younger and played with them all the time.

Jules - GREAT take on the challenge! I sooo did this as a kid, anything for "one more chapter"!

Welcome Kimmy! Love this shot - wonderful!

Oh, what fun. Must see if there's still an ad on the bus shelter. It's for one of the shopping centres for Christmas, and one morning I heard a little girl ask her dad could they go there. He replied that he didn't think it really looked like the picture - and I had to smile because when the poster went up, I thought that if were still a little girl, I would want to go there as fast as I could.
Some great photos there!

This is my first post on this thread. I couldn't resist this title. Winding down from the holidays, my grandkids came over to make a gingerbread house. What could be more fun than that...other than eating it?

Well, seeing as my grandsons from Texas were just here for a visit and the 3 year old begged me to photograph the miniature snowman they managed to make, this challenge was easy.

How CUTE!!! That's what I have been waiting to do. They have had snow on the map for us all week for today. Hopefully, I'll get the chance. I love your little snowman!!

Ina, I love the snowman. I wish we had enough snow to make one. Great shot!

Beautiful shots everyone! What a FUN topic Angie!

I'm submitting a photo of the most adorable two year old you have ever seen! Her whole focus during our little photo shoot was on her little pink purse!

This is HIGH FASHION for a two year old!

I have a whole series of photos of her on my blog today! (click HERE for that)

Thanks for looking!

Merle, I just love those gingerbread house ones - something I enjoy doing. When I minded my best friend's little daughter, she loved the day we did baking...
And Pam, that pink bag - fantastic.

This is what my 3 year old Daughter Diem thought Santa would enjoy for a christmas snack. I believe this was right before she thought santa would like parmesan cheese on his red velvet cake and vanilla ice cream. The reindeer got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Both received some Martinelli's apple cider. What an imagination!
