Arrow Photo Challenge #60 ~ Got Curves? {11-22-09}

Be on the lookout for curves this week! No I'm not talking 'bout the ones that you might add to yourself after eating too much turkey either! Curves in nature or along the road, around the house... I'm sure you get the picture! Happy Thanksgiving to ya'll!

~ Take as many pics as you want, share the few you like best.
~ Please share only current photos, taken after the challenge was issued.

~ Again - HAVE FUN!

Ran to Archivers at the mall last week and the building shapes really caught my eye...

Crud! I wish I had thought to look at the challenge before heading up to my dad's yesterday. We passed some flour mills on the way that had some gorgeous curvy artchitecture that would have been perfect for this challenge. *sigh* Too bad he lives 2 hours away. I'll keep a look out and see what I can find though.

Loving the photo Angie! What a great sculpture too!

A rainbow is definitely a curve.
And a circle is a closed curve, if my recollection of maths is correct.
It was horrendously windy on Wednesday morning and I was watching the bus shelter blowing...The rainbow was after I'd got to work and the weather was just starting to lift a bit.

Default I have one!

I have been MIA for a while but I've been lurking. I finally got out this weekend and took a ton of pictures. And here is the catch- I took them all in manual mode! Here is a road that goes to our place in the boonies. lol

my husband poured a patio for a friend over the weekend...here is the curved blade and the curve of water that would bead up on the finish.

Another ornament shot... I don't like this one as much as the pine needle one I took for challenge #62. But I edited it up to my heart's content!! But I wish I hadn't used the flash... because it reflected!! Ergh!! But check out the cool bokeh... love bokeh!!

Does a Christmas ornament count as curvy?

More pics on my blog today!

Thanks for looking!

Out on a sunny, snowy day. The last picture I chose because it was a "curvy" tree. The wind wasn't blowing either, it just grows that way!

surflola, AMAZING ribbon candy
proudmom, thats a sweet cute picture!
