Default Photo Challenge 175 'Bulletin boards' {April 16, 2013}

Photo Challenge 175. This week I am going easy on everyone! Our photo opportunities can be found right inside our homes! I'm looking for what you post on your refrigerator or bulletin board. My refrigerator is where I keep current (and some old) pictures/reminders, etc. If you are a neat freak and just finished polishing your pure white refrigerator, post that too!
First photo is a magnet that has a photo of the family of the previous director of the youth centre in town and a reminder to pray for them. He is no longer in that position, but his wife is/was a daughter of a dear friend of mine and lost her battle with cancer this week(age 40, 4 children) Second picture is of the side of my refrigerator, and the next one is a cute little magnet on the side of the fridge. Last one is of the front of my refrigerator.

Second.... artwork done by my grandson and made into a magnet
Third...... Magnet from the power company telling how much electricity costs at different times of the day.

Fun! Only just yesterday I finally threw out a Valentine's that my niece made me about 3 years ago, but I'm sure if nothing else there are still some magnets left on the fridge!
Mind you, a couple of those are so faded they need to go, too.
Only forty and leaving four kids behind - that's tragic.
Love the little magnet .
One of my best friends worked with World Vision out in Mozambique for a while...

Do It Now, it's what I'm always telling my dad.
So after I'd been snapping the birds in the garden I took a couple of photos as I passed through the kitchen. The light in our kitchen is terrible, because an extension is built across the glass door and the window over the sink, so at the best of times it's dark, not ideal for photos.
Main notice board - photo calendar by my brother-in-law, there are photos of my Canadian and American nephews, schedule for bin collections and assorted recipes!
Fridge and freezer - tucked under the hen's wing is a list of recommended temperatures for various meats. The conversion charts are handy to have because I have such a wide range of cookery books. I can't remember if I bought the Make Way for Ducks magnet when I was in Boston, or if my half-sister sent it to me. I did have a couple of little pottery magnets from Greece, but over time they've got broken.

The noticeboard in work - mostly the weekly rosters, a couple of sponsorship opportunities and a periodic table of beer styles!

As usual, I am a bit slow but here is the front and side of my refrigerator. On the front are a several photos from different places, a tiny kokopelli chime, a blood drop for donating blood and various magnets that I bought and/or were given to me. The little word bubble that says Lets stick together belongs to an ALF magnet but he kept falling down. On the side of my refrigerator are magnets that had been given to me.

Kate, jut because you've never posted here, doesn't mean you can't start If you take pictures at all, we'd love to see them. We're (at least I) are just a bunch of amateur photographers, playing with our cameras and our points of view.
Audrey, slow but sure wins the race every time! I love your southwestern magnets!

Love the AZ photos - and the sweet little armadillo. You have a wonderful collection of magnets, too.
