I guess, every year since I married my hubby (3 yrs now). He doesn't like to celebrate Valentines Day, he doesn't feel that there should be a specific day to show each other how much you love one another, so he'll do something on another day. He hasn't told me, but I think he must have had a bad one-maybe I should get him up here & I can use his story. lol
I did that for my birthday one year with a bunch of girlfriends. We went to a Ritz Carlton hotel and had tea and fancy sandwiches and little desserts--so much fun!

How sweet is your little gift! I also thing the die makes a perfect little sewing kit. Haven't had a chance to execute my idea, but I can see it.
Ah Costco- yummy samples! Go around once, then turn your coat inside out and go around again My mom used to never let us have supper before going to Costco- we'd beg her to stop at McD's and she'd holler to the backseat of the ol' burb "dammit kids- I told you we're going to Costco!!!!!' Bahahaha

My hubby feels very similar, except for our first valentine's day, we had not been dating long. I wonder if he is just lazy? LOL!

Love a good high tea! I went once to the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC, which is famous for its high tea. So fun and yummy!

I'm going to keep things rolling (and out of the gutter) with another contest...ready?!
The first person to PM me with the answer wins a $10 TCP gift certificate. Here's the question:
Who are the 2 Cat Packers who inspired and/or designed 2 of the new release sets, and which sets are they? You must match the Cat Packer to the correct set to win!

Thanks!! I've been thinking of other fun little things to put in the envie. My children wanted presents for their friends at church so we may make them and then buy some fun sheets of stickers and give all their friends an envie of stickers tied to a lolli!! Stay tuned for photos . . . . Or how about a pretty pair of earrings (if their not too big of course!

Ah don't feel like you are missing out- you get his love daily. We don't celebrate V'day either..... but it is mutual. This is actually only my 2nd year of making V'day cards and I have already made a handful- now what will I do with them. I am bad about sending them out.
I have ordered their pineapple orange blossom tea. I save it for special occasions. I want to go there...some day.
I have a can of their traditional English tea and I can't bear to open it because the can is so pretty! I would definitely recommend sitting down for the tea if you ever have the chance.
