Chris would love to hear from you!
Hi Stampers with a heart!!
Some of you already know, but for those of you who don't - coffeestamper (Sue aka Perk) has a 9 year old son who was just in the hospital to have a brain tumor removed just before Christmas. He is home now and is going through a lot of therapy to get back to where he was. He gets a real kick out of getting people to sign into his guestbook on caringbridge website, here: CaringBridge / Christopher Titolo / Journal
All you have to do is click on sign the guestbook - the first time you will have to fill in your email - after that, its easy. His "goal" is to have 500 entries in his guestbook, and he is already up to over 300 !! Make his day and stop by with an encouraging message - he - and his Mom and family - will be ever so grateful!! Thanks!!

I've been on the pity pot for about 2 weeks now. It was good to remember back. My son went through something not quite similar, but close, when he was much younger. He was an avid soccer and lacrosse player, but he had a bone tumor on his leg. It's long since been removed. it's a blessing I forgot about when I was whining about my lot in life. He's had a clean bone scan since he was 14...he'll be 20 this week.

Thanks, Lisa, Chris really gets excited when his Mom tells him how many posts are on his guestbook each day - so sorry to hear that you went through something somewhat similar with your boy - so glad your son has recovered so well - Chris is doing better each day and is a very upbeat kid, so that really helps a lot. Hope you are feeling better and the Lord blesses you with positive thoughts this week - thanks for "passing it on!"

How easy is this to make a child happy. I left a message this morning. My grandson had a tumor on his optic nerve. He was ten when he was diagnosed. Other than loss of one eye, he's a strapping fellow of 17 and his goal is to be an oncologist. Prayers really do work.

Hi, I just left a message on Chris's carringbridge site....It sounds like he is on his way to recovery, and is a strong little boy, and has a lot of friends thinking of him and wishing him well. which always helps.
My son when he was 6yrs. old had a patent ductus. He had a heart valve that had to have surgery on it...It was a scarry thing then too. But he is 48 today and doing great...he had 28 stitches and he says today that you can still count them.
My prayers are with Chris and his parents, I know these can be scarry times....
Just left my message to Chris. How cool is this! I know he will definitely achieve the 500 comments especially with all the 42,000 teapot partiers on it! hehe You guys rock! :0)

Love that so many teapotters are signing the guestbook. Could I suggest that we include our location (at least state, province or country). I think that Chris would be tickled by the people signing in from way out of his area. It's really powerful to think about how many people are thinking an praying for him!

Great idea, Marie, plus, make return visits to see how he is making out and root for him a little - that encouragement goes a long way to foster determination in his rehab!!
Thanks again to all of you who are visiting Chris on his CB website!!

Haven't been on splitcoast in forever because of school but I'm glad I saw the message about Chris. Went right over to the website and signed on with a get well wish. Here's hoping he continues to improve at such a fast pace.

Bumping -
Chris is now up to 396 posts on his caring bridge website - maybe you could could stop in and check out his new pictures and give him a little encouragement - he has a way to go with his therapy - the brain tumor was on the left side, so his therapy is concentrating on his right side now.
See post #1 for the link!! Thanks a heap for giving Chris a lift!
