I just checked out the gallery and WOWZAS! You guys are rockin' it! I'm seriously glad I'm not the one who has to chose from all of these gorgeous cards! Good luck everyone!
Even though I [accidently] used the wrong company stamps, I am still entering this card. I spent time creating it, and I do like the end result. thanks for a great sketch -- maybe next time I try, I won't be such a ninny, and I will use the correct stamps - the few I do have!

Thanks for using the sketch. Unfortunately, your card cannot be considered as it doesn't meet the requirements, but it was nice to look at anyway. Thanks for sharing.
Here is my entry. I made a baby card for my sister in law, who just had a baby girl....she has a son and two daughters now, and I wanted the card to represent her children Thanks for the fantastic sketch! It's in my 'keep folder' My Favorite Things 004 copy.jpg
Yay, I found the time to submit an entry this time! I put the keyword in but it's not showing in the MFT gallery yet (maybe it takes a little time?!) so here is a link to it in my gallery and also to my blog...
I haven't been able to play along the past few months because of work committments, but I can't pass up a good sketch (and I have free time now!) Thanks for the inspiration!
Wow! I actually had a chance to play this month! My craft room is still in a state of chaos. I think I may finally see a light at the end of that tunnel. I'm hoping it's not a train. But thank goodness for crafty days out with friends! And thank goodness for travel supplies that stay packed.
Hi Jody, I'm sorry to bother you, but it seems to be a problem with my entry for the GD contest, I could see my card in the album for a few hours, then it dissapeared, then it showed up again and now it's gone.
I just don't understand why.

I assume you are not a fan club member for SCS, which means your card has to be approved by a moderator (which is not anyone who works with MFT, they work for SCS). At that time the card will be able to be seen by everyone. I do see the card in your gallery, but you did not use the proper keyword, so you need to fix that or you will not be considered. You can go in and edit your upload (or just delete it and reupload if you prefer). In the KEYWORD section, add MFTGUESTDT0612 . You have it typed out in the description box, which will not work.
The first person that commented on your card is the SCS Community Manager. If you need any more help uploading, or editing your upload, please send her a private message and she can help you.
When you edit, it takes a couple hours for it to take effect, so be patient. I'll check in on the thread again and make sure you were able to figure it out. Your card is gorgeous.
Thank you, Jody, I had no idea how everything works here, since this was my first uploaded card, but I've just joined the fan club and fixed the Keyword section!
Great cards ladies! I have mine 3/4 done on my desk so hopefully I can get it posted by the deadline. Loved the sketch and got to play with some of my new stamps
So my son's birthday was last week and his gift bag had a really cool plastic tag on it...well today it is being recycled. I ran the background paper through my Zyron to get it to stick to the plastic. As I was adding the stars and swirl, it occurred to me that MFT needs to make a guitar die. Hint. Hint.
Here's my card. You can also see it on my blog HERE.
WOW! Just checked out the gallery, and once again, I DO NOT envy the decision makers on this one!! So many awesome cards ladies!! It's gonna be a tough choice.....

Ready to find out who won this month's guest designer contest?
The winner of this contest will win over $200 in stamp sets AND have the opportunity to play along with the design team for the June release! They’ll also be our special guest for each of the Wednesday Stamp Club Challenges for the next month. MFT always has amazing stamp sets around the corner and getting (and stamping with) them early is a special treat.
This month, the Guest Designer challenge was a sketch challenge. I must say, we LOVED seeing how many of you decided to play along this month. There were some very spectacular entries. However, as you know, we could choose only ONE to become our next Guest Designer
Both of the judges fell in love with some truly spectacular coloring on the winning entry. We’re quite sure you’ll love it as much as we did. You can find the winning project HERE:
Congrats and welcome Alina and thank you to ALL of the participants who entered the challenge. Please e-mail me at texasjodylynn@yahoo.com so I can send you some information. I'll also need your full mailing address. Thank you.
We do so hope you’ll join us again for next month’s challenge! Remember that you will now have a FULL month to work on your Guest Designer Entry – the next challenge will be posted SOON!
