Happy Easter everyone! I'm working on my submission while dinner cooks! Easter is BIG in our house...even if there aren't as many guests as usual this year! I'm getting 'drunk' off the smell of the Glazed Ham!

My project is so close to being finished! I need to let the stickles/liquid pearls dry, then a few finishing touches, and then it'll be time to photograph it! I hope I have time tomorrow after school.

Happy Easter!!! I am off to bed! I'm tired from all the egg-citement today. The girls had a great time hunting for "bunnies" as my 3 year old called it. The food was delicious and I've proably gained a 1000 pounds just on the desserts! Oh well, I stamp it off tomorrow!

Night night!

If anyone needs stamped images, let me know. I'd be happy to send em out tomorrow, which would still give you a couple days to create if you're in the US. I listed all the sets I own a while back, but of course now I can't find it. If you're looking for something specific, LMK (just PM me). The odds are good that I have it.
when I saw 30# it cracked me up because my paper put my luggage over the 50# limit by one pound and if I didn't take it out of my suitcase it would have cost me $50 (are the airlines nuts!) The paper weighed 3#s. Well it's sitting in a closet with the rest of my stuff and I haven't had a chance to use them but I feel comforted to know I have something with me.
Good luck to all you judges, make one for me!

Isn't that CRAZY? Paying for luggage, sheesh, even the carry on has to fit in the lil checker thingie, makes me wnt to just DRIVE when I go somewhere....

I hope you are relaxing and enjoying your vacation.... Soak up some sun for me please!!!!! "See ya" when you get back.....

Okay, you get brownie points. I thought it was a box of Velveeta shells and cheese. How'd it turn out? Do I need the recipe?

That's so annoying! I paid $30 for my little suitcase. It was obnoxious. I think it only really bothers me because it's a new charge. Used to, I could carry on as much as I wanted and not pay a cent. Besides, that $30 could have put me that much closer to completing my MFT collection.

Man...I was brought up in a house where my Mom cooked everyday but I was just too lazy to learn (why bother if mom did it? I've been on a mission to prove to my DH that food doesn't always come from a box... However, as a result, I dropped yesterday's Easter dinner all over the burning oven. So instead of dinner, we got to clean the oven. It needed cleaning though... that's what I tell myself at least.

Still have my MIL here with us so I'm going to have to 'sneak' away to get any stampin' done....but in the meantime I'm going to hit the gallery to see what you gals have been up to !!!

Wow!! You sure were busy. Looks great too.

Took me most of the weekend to recuperate from my migraine enough to even start my project last night, so I'd better get it finished tonight. Have I ever said how much I hate migraines? Especially ones that last a whole freakin month? Did my Easter cooking the easy way too.... Marie Calenders. Figured someone else can do the cooking and the dishes since I didn't feel like it.

Ooh, already your project sounds pretty! Can't wait to see more entries.

Easter dinner is HUGE for me - it's our annual extended family dinner that we host every year. Other than the monthly crop I host in partner with my CM rep, every spare moment of this weekend was spent cleaning, grocery shopping or cooking. I know what I want to do.; I just don't know how much time I can scrape together. (After 2 dishwasher cycles, I still have a mound of dishes to clean including all the silverware that has to be handwashed.)

AMEN! Spend those dollars where you can enjoy them.

Sounds great! I think it's a roux. I don't really know though. I think my BIL told me it was french--he's a chef. He told me how to make gravy. I make it fairly often.

Just checked out your project- great job! Very imaginative and wel executed, as always. Yeah, Ben does look like he is having a slight identity crisis, though, with his pink sparkles on his space suit, lol!

Your girls all look so cute in their Spurs shirts!!

It works awesome to make creamed salmon with peas...served with cheese baking soda biscuits....YUM!!! I grew up on Vancouver Island and there was ALWAYS salmon in the freezer...great thing to do with the leftovers from a particularly big fish!! Even when I hated salmon (as a kid) I would eat it prepared like this!!
