Default She's Having a Baby set-question

I am interested in this set. Can someone tell me if the little shapes (bear, blocks, rattle) are in the main image with the lady or do you add them yourself? I have looked at many samples posted here on SCS, some have the shapes, some do not. On MFT's website, it looks like they come in the background with the lady.

Can anyone help?

The best thing to do is to check the set out on the site (mftstamps.com) and see what's included! You can find it on the products page, either under stamp it out or on the main products page under specials for Sept at the bottom of the page. I can't link it cause I'm typing from my phone.

Yes, the shapes come in the image, and are included in the set as a larger size separately as well. The samples you see without the images in the box are most likely doctored with paper piecing. If you linked a particular sample someone should be able to tell you how it was done.
