September 2010 Guest Designer Challenge and Chatter
Hi everyone!
It is Cindy's and my turn to be your hostesses for the September Guest Designer Challenge!
This month's theme is Getting Sentimental! For this challenge we want you to use a sentiment as the main focus of the card. Of course you can use embellishments.
We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Please note these important details!!
Projects must feature some MFT stamps or products, but are not strictly limited to MFT stamps or products.
The deadline for entries is Tuesday, August 31st at 10 PM EST.
When uploading your entries, please use the keyword MFTGUESTDT0910.
Cindy and I will review all the entries and choose a winner. The winner will be announced at the Release Party at around 8:45pm EST on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010. The winner will receive a selection of stamps from the next release with a value over $100. You'll also join the MFT Design Team for that month!
As winner of the guest designer contest, we ask that you participate in 3 (of 5) teaser days as well as at least 1 (of 2) blog hops.

Ohhh, wow, this is a Real challenge for me! I've always wanted to make the sentiment the focus of the card but just never have, yet. This is going to be a fun & a challenge!! Good luck, Ladies!!

You don't have to use a sentiment stamp set specifically just a sentiment. MFT would have lots of fab sentiments in many of their stamp sets you could use.

How do you add a picture to your post? I have tried over and over and and I can't figure out how it works. Yeesh, this is not easy, this computering thing!

I did try to think outside the box and tried to use the "Punny Farm" stamp set. But realized early on, this wasn't a good idea! LOL! Then I saw this set and knew it would be the best one to use. I don't own many MFT stamps, but I do have two PI and I Love, Love them!

Fabulous card and with a PI too.
To answer your question about how to add your picture to your post. To add an attachment, you need to be in the advanced reply mode which you can get into by either clicking on the quote button under each message or the reply button at the top of the thread page .... don't do the quick reply at the bottom of the page.
At the top of the edit screen you will see two toolbars with various icons ... you want the paper clip on the top row next to the smiley ... click on that.
This will bring a new window up and you will see a blank space with browse near the top .... click on browse to locate your card from your computer. Once you have selected your file .... click on the upload to the right of this. Wait for the file to upload you will see the file name appear between the 2nd blank box and the list of attachment types ... close this menu
All you need to do now is click submit reply and you are done ... if you want to add more then one you do the same thing again before you close the attachment menu ... you can upload 3 attachments per message I think it is

Yes it was nice, and thank youi for the challenge, it was the 1st set out of all that I thought would be perfect for this challenge I love this set, and the little cat, he looks even cuter in person all shrunk up....lol
