It's been fun, Jack got to golf a full 18 holes with my parents today, and then we went to the beach for a while this afternoon. The weather is totally perfect. Karen G I'm wishing I brought my tripod to try to take a photo of the moon, it's incredible out here. Oh well, next time...
OH yes!! You have to try that sometime! Soon you'll just be driving around with all your camera gear, like a diaper bag. Teehee!

Thanks Joanne! She lost peripheral vision in both eyes and she is having trouble finding words. She's doing well, but she's just not right as far as being able to tell us what she needs... it's hard!
My grandfather has had a series of them, and I know that he was able to get a lot in the way of rehab services. I hope that the hospital can set you up with some good care to rehabilitate... xoxoxoxo

I have a ridiculous amount of stuff with me already in the way of camera equipment, plus I travel with a full tech pack (laptop, cell phone, iPad) I got a serious eye roll from my husband when he saw how much stuff I brought for a four day vacation.
about 6 weeks or so ago, I put together a basket of my extra cards for the other chemo patients to take. they are for all different ocassions. several people have sent cards to go in the basket. I try to take new cards each time I go for my chemo treatments.
Everyone has really enjoyed having them to grab from.
Thanks, all. You all are so good for me. I've spent more time in tears this week than not. To top it all off, my daughter in college was sick and homesick and wanted her mom and I couldn't help her. I think today is the first day I haven't cried, maybe it is because I helped my nephew stamp a card for his sisters. I must need stamping therapy.
