I'm feeling better today. It's amazing the difference a week can make! Thanks for your prayers. Hey, wasn't your husband about to have surgery/in the hospital during the last release party? How is he??

I have seen them. I've never gotten around to making them myself, but everyone who I have heard from who has made them raves about them.

Aaaand now I've gone and looked at the recipe for PW's crash potatoes, and that may be what I am making tonight.

They are soooo good! My son loves them just because of the name My other (similar) favorite potato recipe is to mostly cook them in the microwave, then partially cut them in a grid, add butter, seasoned salt and parmesan cheese, then broil on low for 10-15 mins. YUMMMM!

I am so glad to hear you are doing better. It takes a gal down in a hurry that's for sure. But with DH i see how each week is a bit better.
He is out walking right this moment. He is coming along slow but sure. Not walking as quickly as NORMAL walking but daughter says he is for sure going faster than MACH TURTLE. LOL so grateful. It will still be another six-ten weeks before he is able to return to work.

that sounds good too, of course i have only found one way that i don't like potatoes and that is when ppl make them into escalloped potatoes and use mushroom soup with them.

I like mushroom soup but NOT in that dish.

So many wonderful pretties in this month's release! I was wondering......will the new butterfly die-namics work with the Lisa's previously released stamp set? I love the filigree look of this month's die.

I'm working on tomorrow's schedule while we wait for the party to "officially" start. Of course, one of my top 3 to do's is to make a card with the newest MFT Sketch!

Have you ever tried to explain to your 85 year old parents what a release party is and why you have to attend??

I am SO proud of you!!!! I need to do that, too! There are things I don't really use a lot anymore, but when I unearth them again, it's "Oh! I remember this set... I loved this set... I'm sure I would use it sometime..." and then I keep it. OR I think - "Oh, I've only used this a couple times. It can go..." and the next challenge card I make all I can think is... "WHERE is that set that I know I had??? It had the perfect sentiment for this card!!!"

Sigh. Can't win for losing!!!

Thanks. I struggle with double vision some part of each day. Today is just worse.

Take a close look at my PI-Pirate Boy I colored with Copics, etc in the card challenge that just ended. I have trouble seeing the lines to stay inside of them.
