Jody & I are hosting this month's MFT Guest Designer Contest. The challenge is Blue Jeans & Bling. You can interpret this anyway you wish. We look forward to seeing what you come up with
Guest Designer Contest Details:
* Projects must feature some MFT stamps or products, but are not strictly limited to MFT stamps or products.
* The deadline for entries is May 2 at 10pm EST.
* When uploading your entries, please use the keyword MFTGUESTDT0511.
* Jody and I will review all the entries and choose a winner. The winner will be announced at the Release Party at around 8:45pm EST on Tuesday, May 3.
*The winner will receive a selection of stamps from the next release with a value over $100. You'll also join the MFT Design Team for that month!
As winner of the guest designer contest, we ask that you participate in 3 (of 5) teaser days as well as at least 1 (of 2) blog hops.

Here is my sample ... The bling is on the zig zag pieces on the teepee. My denim is demin designer paper which I used for the star border on the teepee and also on Fred.

Frances, OMG!! Your creation is beyond GORGEOUS and CREATIVE...holly molly, LOVE your teepee and the way you used jeans is too cute! Ok, so here is a sample I made using the Well Worn Greetings set and some jeans as well.
I totally adore this challenge idea! Blue jeans with bling is my standard date night attire! This sample also serves as a sneak peek for the new MFT Set titled Well Worn Greetings and the Die-namic Well Worn Label.
How fun!!! I bought this denim trim months ago and it's just been waiting for a chance to get used Soooo, there's no real "bling" but I think the beads are sorta Southwestern and could pass for "boy bling" This is also a sneaky peek for the new set Well Worn Greetings and Well Worn Labels Die-namics.
Such a fun challenge, I love the inspiring samples girls! Luckily I found some denim paper and give the PI girl a pair of jeans to wear And bling ah well...can't make a single card without bling these days LOL
Can't wait to see more samples, hope you girls out there all give it a go!
Such a fun challenge!! Who doesn't love jeans and bling!! I made one of girls give up a pair of old jeans so I could add some denim to my card!! I am using the new Well Worn Greetings and the new Die-namics die, Well Worn Labels.
Gorgeous samples girls!! I loved this challenge and used the new Well Worn Greetings stamp and die set (which comes with an awesome denim stamp). I also cut denim with a couple of other new die-namics. I love how realistic the denim stamp looks!

I also used the new Well Worn Greetings Die-namics Duo! I love all the fun samples with this fabulous set! On my card I cut up some old denim to create the scallops, and I added lots of bling!

Holey Moley! your bears are outrageous. Has your grandson seen this yet? Maybe he's too little to appreciate it, but I'm not. I love it!
I'm getting bombarded with things to get done in the next couple weeks. Besides my step-daughter's wedding, my neice is turnimg 40 and I got nominated to make the favors for her party. So I am going to just sit back and look at all the gorgeous stuff you guys make.

Anarchists are moving this weekend, LOL, our BRAND NEW 14.5 million City Hall, that has been set on fire once while under construction... Well, today a male and a female went into the public restrooms carrying a couple bags of quick-crete... they dumped it into the toilets... ALL under the watch of what we like to call the new Wal Mart greeters, they stand there and point to where the water dept, garbage, police etc are located... "Greaters" is there assigned names, they get paid MORE than WE DO IN THE JAIL.... well, they obviously are NOT paid for the observation skills.... ANYWHOOOO... The anarchists struck the new city hall at 1145 hours, there is of course our usual May 1 "celebration" thus the Action against the Workforce! Banks have been put on notice for 24 hour security, the West Side station has extra patrol, and gee, they are even hiriing a security company for the old city hall... where we are still at... in the past May 1st has resulted in a broken main sewer line with these "people" dancing in POOP!!! raising rucus etc... SO, I gotta drag my bag to work with me everyday!!!! **sigh** SO sucks to be me...

Since I'm not yet a seamstress (if I ever can get there...) I went for a pretty simple card here... although simple does NOT mean ICK!!! LOL I adore the card!!! Darn I DONE GOOD!!!!
well i'm a newbie here and have just recently purchased my very first MFT goodies thanks to Eva's fab projects but i may give this a go, love all the designs, wow!
