I haven't posted a card in anything except my own gallery. I tried to post here using the key word, but after several hours, I don't see it. Is there supposed to be a "category" selected when I upload, or just the code in the description? thanks for your help.

You post it in your own member gallery (just as always), but then add a KEYWORD that is found in the first post of this thread. It is labeled as keyword during the uploading process.
I don't see it in your gallery yet, which means that it hasn't been approved by the gallery moderators on SCS. Wait a while and check again. I'll try to do that as well, so I can see if you've uploaded it correctly.

Thanks for entering.
Thank you Jody. I had selected member gallery (or didn't change it as it was), and I used the keyword as part of the description, so I guess it was right. Thank you for your reply - I've never entered these contests or challenges before. It was part of my NY resolutions to look for them often so I could get my stuff out and do something!
Hi Ladies, it is my first time trying for a GT spot with MFT - it was a great technique to start on as it is one of my favourites The MFT stamps cry out to be paper pieced.
Good luck choosing a winner - the cards in the gallery are wonderful!
I also updated my blog with a few extra pics of the process, I would love you to take a look here.

WOOHOO...I actually made a card!! It has been months since I have sat down to spend some time making a card just for the heck of it - and I liked it! Think I'll have to find more time this year for ME! (after I finish cleaning out my craft room!)
Thanks for the fun ladies! I'm loving this new release!
I have also been enjoying the dt sneak perks and can't wait for the die- namics parade or product parade. Whoever thought of a strawberry box die was beyond brilliant.!!!!
Just posted my entry for the first MFT contest for me.... There are some amazing cards in the gallery - best of luck to all... Also added entry to my blog - danibeckman.blogspot.com.... Thanks for the opportunity!
My stomach bug finally settled down enough that I could sit at my craft desk in spurts. So, I finally got this one done. It started out at the end of 2011, but didn't get finished until 2012. Does that mean it took my two years to make?
I made a pillow box party favor to go with the card. And, the inside of the card has a button that can be removed and worn as a pin. My daughter got a professional grade button maker this Christmas. I see lots of buttons and magnets in our future.
This is my first time entering a MFT contest and for some reason my card is not showing up! I have blogged about it here Jay Gee's Nook: My Favorite Things
I decided to play along with this week's sketch 52 and this month's guest challenge and just noticed that my cards aren't showing up in the gallery yet
Here they are, just in case
Thanks so much!!! and good luck to all who played along too!!!
I uploaded my card yesterrday morning EST, but it is still NOT in my gallery and still not in the section of MFG Guest contest either. i know it needs to be moderated, but at this point it's past the 12pm cutoff for the contest and looks like i didn't enter.
sorry, my fault. guess i walked away yesterday - On second attempt to upload, the image too large; now resized and uploaded again. thanks for your patience. hope I still get to enter.
Ready to find out who won this month's guest designer contest?
The winner of this contest will win over $200 in stamp sets AND have the opportunity to play along with the design team for the February release and all the Wednesday Stamp Club Challenges for the next month. MFT always has amazing stamp sets around the corner and getting (and stamping with) them early is a special treat.
So this month’s challenge was to Paper Piece – which might I add, is one of my very, most favorite techniques! I’m not sure, but this may have been the largest ever participation for a Guest Designer challenge. The gallery was huge, and beautiful!
We were blown away by one project in particular, where every single element was paper-pieced, inside and out….
Without further ago, this month’s winner is a repeat winner….please welcome back ANGEL! You’ll find her winning entry here:
