Default is anyone having trouble getting on the MFT site?
I have already reset the router, the wireless router, cleared all cookies on my computer.

I still can't get on! It keeps telling me that the server is taking too long to respond. I have been trying to 4 days now!

No. I live on an island in AK and our internet providers are small local ones. They both stink.... Ugh. I WANT TO SHOP!

You can call them and ask them to do a DNS test of the MFT site - I bet they have their own cache on their servers and just need to clear it.

Which browser are you using? If you are using Internet Explorer, I'd suggest trying Safari or Firefox. IE has some quirks on occasion!

I'm on my Mac and don't have IE. I have been trying on Safari and Firefox. I'm going to call my internet company tomorrow. My friend up here had this problem about a month ago, BUT by resetting her router, etc, it fixed it. I still can't get on!

GREAT idea! I couldn't get on with my phone either. After an hour on the phone with my new friend at the internet company - it got fixed! It was SO weird because MFT was the ONLY site I couldn't get on at home!
