Exclamation why I would love to win

I have been reading the other "reasons" and I can tell you, that I don't have a snake in my room, I have not had chemo, I do not have a 3 legged table or many of the other extremely good reasons to win.

I love papercrafting and have been doing it since I was in grade school. I used to cut captions out of magazines to use as title, used old wrapping paper, etc. I was so thrilled when this "fad" caught on. I believe that it is still the #1 hobby in the world.

I am a single mother of a college student. Right now I ty to be organized using the tools that I have on hand. I have the second hand bookshelf that many other crafters have. I also use plastic bins and old shoe boxes that I have decorated.

I, as many of you, are on a very tight budget and will always do for my son before I do for myself. My father had an aortic disection earlier this year. The doctors told us that less than 5% of the people that have this die before they get to the hospital. My 78 year old father not only made it to the hospital, he made it through a 16 and one half hour surgery.

There is a very distinct possibility that I will be moving in with my parents to help my parents as they are older and my Dad fell in the shower yesterday.

When I move in with them, I would love to continue my cardmaking and scrapbooking. I will not have the luxury of a room to do my crafting in. This unit would be perfect because I could bring my love of crafting with me, but not the mess or inconvenience of having my supplies intrude on their privacy.

This move will be a change for all of us and I would like to cause them as little inconvenience as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to read my entry and consider me for the prize. It is a truly awesome piece of furniture that I would be proud to own.

Thank you for your generosity in giving this to one of us who will truly love and appreciate it!
