Question Stampendous Stuftainers

I'm looking to organize all of my cling stamps and would like to use the Stuftainers from Stampendous. I know I can order them directly from the company but was wondering if anybody knew of anywhere that may have a better deal (I may need about 30 of them!). Thank you in advance for your help.

Here are a few sites selling them. You'll have to see if the prices are better than what you are looking at.

Oh these are nice! The are great for putting started/ or sorting out projects so you don't loose anything in transport.

I believe my friend bought some at the stationary type store like office depot or staples type of store. Or check the containers-for-Less.....
Does anyone know the name of another store that sells just things for organizing your home etc. They might have those there. the name has slipped my mind at the moment.

123Stitch has them at a good price and their shipping is reasonable.

I was looking at Joannes free shipping today, ONLY, and wondering if these containers would work for the same purpose:
ScrapOnizer Outer Cases 4/pkg 8-1/2''x11'' & craft storage at Joann.com
and they have the sticky sheet to put unmounteds onto.

I have purchased these by the case before for my stamps. It's been a few years and I've lost the name of the company that sold them much to my dismay. I did find a company online just now and they sell 75 for $66.00 but they have a two case minimum so I didn't go as far as seeing what the shipping would be (Impact-mfg.com - don't know anything about them).

Hi Bridgette, I can't say if anyone has a better price than our website, we are at MSRP, but we do have free shipping now on orders over $50 and the Stuftainers tend to be a high cost shipping item because they have to go in a large box or they get crushed.

The owner of my LSS is going to place an order for me and so I don't have to pay shipping. Plus it gives her shop some good business; I showed them at a class I was taking and before we had left she was ordering them in all sizes for others there. I really prefer to give my business to a brick and mortar store if possible. So glad there are those who work with us.

Fantastic! We're glad you have a LSS that you support. Just so you know, all of the orders on our website are filled by local scrapbook and rubber stamp stores as well. We only fill an order if no one else has the product in stock to fill it. It's a fantastic system and supports our LSSes all over the country!

That is great to know! What if our LSS closed down....do you find the next closest LSS to fill it?

I recently purchased several from 123Stitch. Shipped promptly and well packed. I like them so much that I'm planning to order more.

I have a bunch of these and I LOVE them! As you probably already know, they come in 3 thicknesses: thin, thick, thicker. One money-saving tip I wanted to share is that even though you're using them for cling-mounts, you can fit multiple layers in the thicker containers.

The thin container holds one layer of foam-mounted rubber stamps, although you can fit a layer of clear stamps in the lid, so it's kinda like 2 layers of stamps.

The thick container can hold 3 layers. One on the bottom, clears in the lid and I use these clear sheets inside holding another layer of stamps:

ClingStamp Storage Cards

The thicker container can hold 4 layers. I layer stamps on the bottom and 2 layers of clear sheets with stamps on both sides and stamps in the lid. Then I can fit ALL my flower stamps or ALL my Christmas images in one thicker container instead of 6 thin containers.

So I use all 3 sizes. I've broken up my sets and I use different sizes depending on how many stamps I have in that category.

Sorry, just saw this question. It's an automated system that assigns the orders from our website. Stores log on and say, "Yes, I've got that product, I can ship it" then the closest store to you from that pool of responders gets the order. The closest store that has your products might be around the corner, across the state, or across the nation, but you're still supporting the Local Store wherever they may be.

SO, if you have a friendly local store that will special order for you, supporting them and your community should be your first option. That may take a bit longer, though, so it depends how quickly you need your products. Our website orders ship the next business day from whichever store gets the order. OR you can opt to pick up in your local store if they have the products.

P.S. It's free for stores to join the Shopatron network, and they can fulfill for many scrapping and stamping manufacturers on there. If you have a friendly local store, why not ask if they fulfill orders for us. It could give them extra business all over the country!

Carolyn, Sorry this is so old! What we do is organize in the Stuftainers by category and put colorful ribbons or tags on the hang hole to identify them (pink for birthday, red for Christmas, etc) for quick finding. Then we keep the Stuftainers in those cardboard magazine holders on a bookshelf. Super easy!

I label the right sides of my Stufftainers with labels from a label-maker. I use white labels and black letters to make them easy to read from a distance. They're all (40 or so) standing up on a shelf with the label facing out, so they're easy to see. The label fits even on the thinnest size.
