Question ScrapRack cataloging system question

I'm a newbie with a brand new ScrapRack and I'm dizzy and overwhelmed by all the videos on Tiffany's YouTube channel as they are a little long and numerous. I have watched many of them repeatedly. Which one is the best with the most details for creating the catalog? I thought I watched one and now I can't find it. My box did not come with a DVD. Also, what is the majority consensus on a digital catalog -- Excel, Evernote, OneNote, Access? THANKS!

I have never watched any of the video's I think at the time I owned a scrap rack they did not have any.
( I used two bases on a 6' table and it was the only thing on it) so, I decided it was too much of a space hog and I did get rid of mine a long time ago because of that, but I was really impressed with the workmanship of it, it was a quality organizer)

as far as digital organizing goes I have an evernote project underway. and because, I have been collecting tools for a really long time its going to be one of those never finished things. (because, I keep shopping) and I have never tried any of the others you mentioned. but, if you do a search in this forum for Scraprack or evernote you should find old threads with tips and chatter.

hth,

I don't think you need to watch all the videos to implement the 4 section system of the scraprack. Also, I have been using Evernote and love it for keeping track of all I have in paper stacks, stamp sets and you can add tags for easy searching.

Scraprack
1. Alphabet, Numbers, and Punctuation.
2. Themes/Sentiments A-Z
3. The Calendar
4. The Rainbow

There is a lady on You Tube named Craft Project Whiplash who shows how she made her catalog for stamps, dies, embossing folders and stencils. I thought it was very helpful.
