Default Safco Wire Mobile File Cart

I am thinking of purchasing this file cart to store my 12x12 cardstock/DSP. Before I buy it I was wondering if anyone has this cart and if you know if the Recollections 12x12 file folders will fit.

I originally was going to use the file box cube from Michael's so I bought a few of the file folders. Then I read the reviews on the file cube and decided I didn't want the hassle. I took the filing cube back but kept the file folders.

From the picture it looks like you can use letter size file folders (the ones in the yellow) one way and put the legal size (the red ones) in the other direction. The Recollections 12x12 file folders are not as wide as a legal size file folder so I just want to make sure that part of the cart is adjustable.

Can anyone help with this, please?

Thank you!
Charlene

I just saw you post on the demo forum. I have this cart except mine has a second tier. I love it for my current card stock. Mine only holds the standard size hanging file folders. Not the 12x12,

I have a cart just like this one although not that brand. I DID have my 12 x 12 paper in folders on it but what I discovered is, the paper "slumps" and the bottom edges get a little frayed. If you think about it, a file folder doesn't have a flat bottom. NOW, my paper lives in cropper hopper boxes , which have flat bottoms, on the bottom shelf. I fitted a shelf to the top for my cm cutting system and scoreboard. The whole thing rolls under my desk and I LOVE it.

The Container Store has. A legal cart like that except 2 drawers beneath the folders. I've had mine for many, many years and I love it. Mine does hold 12x12 paper.

Thank you for your replies. I just ordered it and will hopefully get a picture of it after I set it up.

I purchased one of these a few months ago from an Ebay seller. I haven't got it completely set up but I do plan to use 12 x 12 folders and 8 1/2 x 11 folders as well. There is room below the 12 x 12 folders for one of those plastic Iris boxes as well. I liked the size -- I thought it would be handy to roll it under the table. My paper stash won't fit in it but I think I'll use it for my Simple Stories product lines.
