I am looking for a storage idea to store my ink pads. I can't find any old tape holders, but was told about this website. The demo hasn't actually used them, but sent me the link. Has anyone actually used this? Is it really sturdy? I like SU's but I want the ink pads to all be on one side. TIA! http://organizemore.com/programs/sho...s&showitem=315
I actually prefer the Stampin' Things units. They are solid wood, and VERY sturdy. They all have a SMOOTH swivel base, and they can be stacked on top of one another. I have 3 units, and LOVE each of them. They are the TOP purchases ever made for my papercrafting passion. You can see all of my units, lots of photos, etc., here. Scroll to the bottom to see all of the ink holders. LOVE these units.

I'm an SU demo and I have an ink organizer from www.suink.net that I love! It holds 75 pads, plus the ink refill and the marker (all together so that you don't have to try to find the right one). It is solid wood (very heavy) and very well made. I would definitely buy it again.
They have both the round/lazy susan type ones, and the flat/against the wall types. Mine is against the wall.

I am sure that is the same unit I ordered. It is not deep enough for the SU inks. After the cost and cost of shipping I did not send it back but everytime I look at it I am a little dissappointed in this unit.
**Just want to clarify the unit I am talking about is what the original poster ,Theresa, had mentioned.

I have this but mine is made of wood...very sturdy and best of all it's mounted on the wall so it frees up my desktop. I love it! I can't tell, by the picture or description, what this one is made of. The one I got was for about the same price + about $20 bucks for shipping (from Canada to U.S.).
I have ordered from this company twice and have been very happy with both things I ordered. I even had a special request and he was able to accomodate my request.
I also have 2 units from Organize More. I love mine.

I use cassette holders. Mine are Napa Valley cassette boxes, and I've purchased two of them on ebay from two different sellers. The prices can be very reasonable, even with shipping. My neighbor also found one for me at a garage sale - that one was a steal at only $5.
I have a 100-slot cassette tape rack from kingdom.com and love it! The only problem is that thicker ink pad cases like the Colorbox Chalks will not fit in it. But Stampin' Up, Adirondack, Brilliance, Stazon, etc., all fit just fine.
I keep my SU ink pads in the Pro Ink Pad Organizer from Organize More. I really like how well built the unit is and the fact that they are very environmentally conscious. You can see my storage unit on the wall of my scrap room here (I did a quick video of my space). I hope this helps you out!

how do you know which colour you're looking at? or do you have labels on the sides of your pads? i just moved, and have my own LARGE craft/workshop space (YAY! i'm SO BLESSED!), and i NEED to organise my pads - right now they're in a clear drawer, and i hate rummaging for them! (i have all the classic, and now working on the craft families.)
thanks!

I have had a stamp pad holder from Organize More for a little over a year and have been very happy with it. The service was also wonderful when I ordered it.
I have 2 of the organize more stamp pad racks and love them - you can see them here and here
I made the other stamp pad holders for my SU pads. I took the measurements to our local acrylic dealer to have them cut and then I glued them together. I love them because they fit my space perfectly. The cost was about $15 per set and I made 2 sets.
I also have 2 of their shelf units . I like that the shelves are adjustable and I can either hang them on the wall or they can sit on a counter.

Thank you so much. I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's not a huge room but I've packed as much into it as possible. DH says all I need is a refridge and microwave and I'd never come out... I don't see a problem with that at all :-D
Nice room Stamphappy! I was curious about the marker holders you have. I need something different and those look awesome!

Ah so sorry, I can no longer find a supplier. The marker cases are the same that you get when buying a full set of SU or ZIG markers. There used to be companies that would buys full sets, sell the ZIG markers individually and then sell the cases. I've contacted Zig and they no don't sell the cases.
I wish SU will sell the cases but that takes away the incentive to buy the whole set.

Check with CTMH- i ordered one recently- it's longer and narrower than the SU marker holder, but it might work for you. It's called a Marker Tower and it's 14.95.
I ordered a fairly large Organize More stamp pad holder about 6 months ago. I absolutely love it! It holds Stampin' Up pads as well as other generic ones. It can be hung on the wall or placed on the desk. I don't have as many stamps as there are slots, so I use the slots for things like pop-ups, tape and anything else that will fit in the slots. It has really made my life easier and they are a great company to do business with. Now if I could just figure out how to organize my 8 1/2 x 11 paper, I would be in good shape! Any suggestions? (Don't have a lot of money to spend!)
I also had fabulous service from Organize More! There was an error with my order, because of a Paypal mix up. (It showed a quantity of 1 instead of 2, even though I was charged for 2. The only reason I know this is because I also got a copy emailed to me, but didn't notice the error until after I received my first organizer.) When I contacted Organize More, they rushed me the rest of my order even though it wasn't their fault. I had it within 48 hours and they are pretty heavy! I wouldn't be surprised if it cost them almost as much in shipping as it did to make them.
When my collection expands ("when" not "if" lol) I will definitely buy more from them!
