Ikea hutch?
I was browsing through a magazine and saw a craft room with an Ikea hutch. Glass fronts, shelves in the upper cabinets, 2 super skinny drawers directly above the bottom cabinet doors. Totally awesome! Trouble is, now I can't find it online or in the catalog from Ikea. The magazine credited Ikea for the hutch, as did the crafter. Does Ikea carry different things in their showroom than online or in their catalog? This is THE perfect thing for my room and it's not available??
I believe Ikea carries if not all, most items in each store that is in the catalog. I have also seen items in one store and not another or in the catalog.
Much of much craft room storage and table is from Ikea.

Oh I'd like to see said hutch as we are going to IKEA one of these days for a craft room redo. Could you pretty pretty please take a picture of it and post it to this thread? I'd love ya forever:-) They have the best stuff...I wish I had a million dollars to spend there..or at pottery barn...but at least I can afford IKEA NOW:-)
I beleive most of Ikeas products are sold as separate furniture pieces, then you can buy a variety of solid or glass front doors, shelves or drawers for an additional price. I know I was looking at a glass front cabinet in the store one day --- loved it and was trying to picture it in my dining room. when I started looking at the tag to get a price, it turned out the cabinet was one product, the doors another. That could be the case here.
Hi there! I think this is the LIATORP hutch/buffet. (I also was looking at it);) I think it has been discontinued, though. I will add the link to the Canadian IKEA site with LIATORP items. Check out the American site, as you may have different items available!
