I do this as well, so nice to pull out a binder and flip through pages. I bought clear report covers (the kind you use if you punch your own covers) and my stamps cling to it perfectly. Just stick and sheet of copy paper behind it so that the stamp that are clear can be seen better...LOVE IT, haven't look for a different storage method in years!!!!!!!!!

They do have a clip thingie on the inside too, for a label.

When i get time later, i'll do a review on Amazon too. I also like the fact they are the soft plastic too. I'm not a overly big fan of the hard jewel cases, because i've had a few crack & break on me. If anyone needs extra info, just pm me. Now i wish i would have bought the bigger batch of them, knowing that they are like the SU! ones.

The ones from Amazon are on the left and i also have a SU! one on the right side. HTH!!
Do the cling stamps actually cling to the inside of the Amazon cases? I had problems with the kind that the hub is on one side with cling stamps not sticking like they do to the SU! cases. If the clings stick then that's a great price for the Amazon cases.

I found the perfect use for the inside clip. It gently holds a die in place instead of rattling around inside the case. When I am going to a swap, I like to have the stamps and die together in the box to complete my project.

Arlene, i use these cases with Papertrey, Flourishes, Stampin' Up! (i don't put on that index sticker that comes with the SU! stamps though) MFT stamps, etc and they all seem to be sticking to the cases just as the SU! cases do. I know i'm sold on these cases. HTH!

Thanks for letting me know! As long as the clings stick then I'm going to have to keep them in mind when I need some more cases!

Yeah, SU are now selling their jewel cases (the ones clings come in) separately - 4 to a pack for $5AU in Australia as of this catalogue! Ihave a heap under my desk as I type this and use them for all my clings - no problems. The problem I have is with the SU clings not clinging as well to the case - I put the sticky picture onto the case not the stamp - they cling well to my blocks that way. However, when I put them back into the box some of them always fall off. Any suggestions?

When you punch out the CM stamps, keep the negative (left over) rubber. Then stick the rubber in the case and put the stamps back in their respective place. The stamps will stick and you know if you have a missing stamp because of the empty whole.

Yep....this is what I do with my SU and A Muse cling sets. I have yet to lose a stamp.

I'm getting the cases from Amazon - I am a little nervous about the clip inside . . . but since the reviews here are favorable I'm going for it. Will let you know how I like them when I get them! Splitting an order with a friend. . .

Has anyone in Canada managed to purchase these storage cases from Amazon.com? I've tried to place an order but they won't ship to this address and the fellow said it is a product they don't ship international. Has anyone had any luck with this and if so, how were you able to get your order to go through?

Hi Cathy, since I've bought my cases, I take my good Tonic scissors & snip that clip thingie right out. That way I don't worry about it touching the stamps. Hth!

I used to put my stamps in CD cases...then I got a large binder and different size plastic sheets and i use that instead - i bought some of the ones that you use for baseball cards - they hold small stamps nicely. I got some dividers and organized the stamps that way - very easy to look through and find what I want and takes up only a few inches of space on my shelf. I got rid of all the CD cases.

Default Plastic DVD Cases

Tapeonline.com carries hard plastic dvd King Jewel cases (like the ones papertrey used to sell) for just 88 cents each - no minimum! They also carry crafter's companion acrylic block set for $15.85 and grid acrylic block for $10. My friend and I just placed an order together to save on shipping.

Got 50 cases from a share with a friend - what a deal - if you order enough it comes out to .80 each and they are just about the same as the (more expensive) SU ones. I will be busy for sure and hoping now I will be able to create a dent in the chaos that I call my stamp studio!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't read all of the previous but can someone tell me if SU still sells the clear DVD cases? If so, I can't find them anywhere in the catty.

Thanks.

I am SUPER happy with the 50 cases I got from Amazon. Have been able to save space - it seems that stamping always interferes with reorganizing and I am not as far along in the process as I would like to be. But these cases have saved me space - they are just like the SU ones except for the clips in the back - which I just ignore.

The cling stamps are sticking to the insides OK? That's wonderful that you are happy with your deal! Something to keep in mind for the future.

Default Do the cases hold one set of unmounted stamps or

do you put two per case? I know SU sends one set per case...just trying to think how many empty cases I will need to order. Thanks!

They stick just fine to the Amazon cases. Same as to the SU cases. I put about 2 sets in most - but I can see where it would make sense to put a set in each case if that works better with your organization system. One thing I should note - when I am putting the index picture on the clear mount stamp I trim it a little all around the edges. That helps it to stick better. The best "deal" was to get 100 cases - which I split with a friend.

I finally placed an order for these cases and love them....just like SU and A Muse clear cases (with the clip). I stick with one set in each case for sets like SU. However, for individual stamps I have combined them by theme.

Clear Storage Cases 14mm for Rubber Stamps (No Hub)
Just wanted to stop in and give a review... in case anyone else is considering buying these. I ordered a batch of 100 a few weeks back. Shipping was fast. The cases are as tall as the SU one and maybe a smidge more slender. The plastic sleeve on the outside for the label is actually more sturdy than the SU ones. It's maybe a mil thicker. I would prefer to do without the brackets on the inside of the case, but it's not bad. I just watch that they don't bump any of my stamps when the case is closed. Unless I'm trying to fit a lot of stamps into one box, it's not really an issue. I suppose I could clip off the brackets, but they're not enough of a bother to me to go through that. So all in all, those cases are a great alternative.

I got the 100 cases from Amazon, love them and knew I wouldn't use them all, so I offered some to friends that stamp - ended up, I almost sold too many, only have a couple left for future unmounting

I've been holding off ordering the cases on Amazon because the literature clip on the inside really bugs me. Last year I ordered 50 cases from Riviera Multimedia because they were just like the ones that SU sells and didn't have that annoying clip on the inside. Around December I used my last one and since then have contacted Riviera Multimedia three times via email to purchase some more. Unfortunately, I must have entered the realm of being a first-class pest because they are ignoring me and haven't responded to any of my emails. I'm almost ready to order the ones from Amazon, but had one last crazy idea that I thought I'd throw out here. Is there anyone in the UK who would be willing to order the cases and ship them to me in the US? I will of course reimburse you for your trouble via PayPal including any PayPal fees that you would incur. I'm not even sure if anyone in the UK is subscribed to this thread, but I thought I'd give it a shot. And I would be willing to provide the same service if there is something that you wanted in the US that doesn't deliver to you in the UK.

Call me crazy, but I have found over the years that everyone here on SCS is so helpful that my idea might not be so crazy after all!

I just ordered 300 from Riviera Multimedia and had them shipped to the US. It was a total of $220, including shipping. It did take a few emails back and forth to get the shipping right. It appears that Fedex Priority is actually the cheapest rate. The default ground shipping was 3 times as much.

Good to know. At least they responded to your emails and you were able to get them. I ended up ordering the ones from Amazon and they are almost the same. I still prefer the ones from Riviera Multimedia though.
