Default DROP LEAF CRAFT TABLE

I'm looking for a project for my DH (poor guy - he doesn't know yet!). I need a bar height work table - preferably drop leaf. Hopefully simple construction project. Does anyone have blueprints/plans?

No blueprints but I use my drop-leaf dining table (really designed for an eat-in-kitchen) for crafting and there are a couple of things that bug me ...

(1) There is a "bump" formed by the drop leaf on the surface of the table and ...

(2) the drop leaf area is not deep enough (my Corelle dinner plate doesn't even fit in the space between the "bump" and the edge of the table) so I have to be extra careful when placing certain things (glitter etc.) on the table that they are completely on a flat part of the table.

So ... make sure the "main" part of the table is big enough to work on so the drop-down sides are for "extra" space.

Hope you find exactly what works for you so you can have lots of ...
