I loved the Center Step Card you created. The tutorial was very concise and easy to follow. Under the "Change it Up" comment you suggested adjusting the width of the center panel to change the size of the card. What would be the measurements for an A2 card?

what kind of paper cutter is that you used in the video tutorial center step card. I like the looks of it. What brand is it and where can I find one.
