Here is a good tip I learned years ago and might help you if you have access to a printer. A lot of people don't know this but you can get letters almost any size you want on your printer by simply typing in a number larger than the standard 14 or 12pt used for most letters. For example put in 54 and print something on scrap paper to get the size right. By playing with this in even numbers you can get what you want. The printer prints in all kinds of fonts, colors and sizes on many different types of papers. You can make belly bands for your napkins. You can make fancy paper pockets. You can punch the papers before you print your monogram. This is a whole new idea for you. Good luck. By the way you can also make banners if you piece together the sheets of printer paper.
