I saw your post on paper cutters and although I may not have found the perfect cutter for you, I do know a solution for the Stampin Up blade issue. Your blades are probably not dull, they are clogged with paper that clings to the blade. Try soaking the blade in warm, soapy water for 30 minutes or so, then take an old toothbrush to it. Let air dry completely and try it again. Blades are kind of like what happens to your cutting pads, you know how if you soak them then scrub with an old toothbrush you get all this old paper out of the cutting grooves? Well your blade is getting that same paper stuck on it too. Hope this helps you.
