While looking at the cute things in your albums, I saw the altered binder clips you gussied up. They are super cute.
Are these mostly for name place holders? The reason why I ask, is that for picture holders, when you pull the handles down, the scalloped tag is in the way. I have several half made and thought I'd ask before finishing them.
