the file has been updated with a few newer companies added. there hasn't been a comment since last January however, so not sure if this file is even still needed? should i continue updates?

at this time I not sure I be long to wishes rak group. I am thinking this listed might, come in handle for me.for sevearl reason. Becuse I think this is the list angel pociles these might stamps companies we can wish from? Is that why you made the listed? and the scoend reason is becuse I don't know a lot stamps companies. And just like looking all stamp companies and find new one I don't know about. Exspeaicly the cute ones. So I use the listed you made for ref tool too. so thank you.

i created this because i seemed to always see questions on the boards about various angel policies. since the angel policy determines whether or not we can sell our creations, i think a lot of stampers were interested.
i don't know if the wish RAK group uses it or not - i've never heard from anyone about that.
i'm glad you find my list useful. there's links to the websites included, and i especially find that helpful!

I haven't commented previously because I've never sold my creations, only given out as gifts. I'm now starting to explore all the issues with starting an arts/crafts type of business, so I've gone looking for information just like this to see if what I like to use will let me use it for money making ventures. I'm glad to see that you've kept the information as updated as you can. It gives people like me who weren't interested before but are now a place to start. An terrific, much needed resource.
Angel Policy
All of our stamp illustrations and artwork within Unity Stamp Company, Ippity by Unity and/or Unity's Co-Branded stamp lines are considered original artwork created and copyrighted to it's artists and Unity Stamp Company. We believe in opportunity. We also believe in our artists and the work they share with our company. Unity welcomes artists who wish to sell hand-stamped works for sale using Unity Stamp Company images and grants permission in the form of a limited license for use of its images.Please consider the following criteria when deciding to share your art for sale.
1. Each work of art created must be hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be mechanically reproduced. As the hand-stamping artist you assume full responsibility for the quality of work you produce. Unity is not responsible for any/all disputes that may/may not arise from your work.
2. Unity's images may not be copied in any way or by any means including graphic, electronic, mechanical and/or photocopying. You have NOT purchased the copyright. Black and white and/or color line versions of Unity's illustrations, may ABSOLUTELY NOT be sold. You may NOT re-sell, distribute, give away the hand-stamped images in any way to include by not limited to: image swaps. You may not scan and put the original image (in a good resolution) on websites which might allow others to download/steal it. Also you may NOT stamp merge two images together, mechanically reproduce it and/or photocopy it with the intent to distribute.
3. There are no quantity limits for sale.
4. You may not use the images for logos and/or company trademarks or promotional material of any kind. You may not use the images for any other electronic medium to include, but not limited to, blog design, web design or any other internet-related businesses or ventures.
5. Whenever and wherever possible, the Unity Stamp Company trademarks and copyrights should be displayed. Please use these downloadable digital copyright images. If you would like the logos in rubber form, you may order the copyright stamp here.
Thank you so much for this list! No one wants to infringe on another person's copyright, but sometimes it's so hard to find out whether or not you can use a stamp. For example, has anyone ever found any sort of policy for Tsunkineko? They had those marvelous Asian kanji character stamps some years ago.
I contacted TPC Studios (The Paper Company) with regard to their angel policy on Facebook. It is on their wall but I can't post a link because I haven't posted enuf. This was their response :
Hi TPC Studio- do you have an angel policy? I am a business owner and would LOVE to include your stamps in my creation (with proper credit given to you of course) but wanted to check. Please let me know. Thank you so much!

YAY! May I suggest you put it on your website? In searching for this info, I had a few people ask the same and didn't have an answer. I guess I am a bit more persistent? LOL I have a number of friends that like to use your stamps and I would hate for them to be deterred from using them because they want to follow rules and use your awesome images but are afraid to.
