I posted this chart on a few different threads, but thought this would be a good place to post as well. This is an Excel chart for marking off the colors (inks, refills, paper, etc.) that you have. Includes the 'In Colors' for 2006-07. It helps when you're at a workshop so you know what to order. It will print on one sheet of paper.

Here's a PDF version for those that don't have Excel.
**Special Note**
If you are unable to open the Adobe Acrobat file by clicking on the file icon, then you should right-click on the icon, choose 'Save Target As', then save the file to a location on your harddrive. You should then be able to open the file by first opening Acrobat Reader and selecting 'File... Open'.
Thank You! I am going to make a card and put this in as a little booklet for my hostesses.

That is a sweet and wonderful idea! TFS
Glad that y'all are finding it so helpful. I'll update it when the new colors come out. Let me know if you have any suggestions and you don't know how to tweak it yourself.

After I downloaded it I then tweaked it to add regular and craft ink spots. I so appreciate this file! It has already come in very handy!!! Thanks again so much.

Can you send it as a pdf file? I can't open this one.

I am sorry; I didn't go down far enough. I have it.
Thanks

I made an updated color inventory sheet to keep track of your colors...
1. With current colors only (color)
2. With current colors only (black & white)
3. With retired colors (color)
Enjoy!
Please notice that I corrected the previous error I made. They now say 8 1/2 x 11 and not 8 x 11.

Reason: Added a file with retired colors too
This is outstanding, thank you so much for doing the chart with the *old* in colors and the retired colors, this is soooo helpful for those of us that have the retired and *old* in colors. Your work is AMAZING!! Thank you sooo much!
