Well hello there! I get to fill in for Audrie this week, and I had some fun poking through the site she chose for this week's challenge - I've been pushing myself to draw and paint more often, and it's always exciting and interesting to me to study other illustrators' work. This week's inspiration comes from this Illustrations Pinterest board - it is full of inspiration, beautifully thoughtful drawings, and unexpected pops of color.

Allow your creative juices to flow based on your impressions when you look through the images. Remember, it can just be the color palette or style that ignites your creativity. Whatever draws you to the designs, take the challenge of doing something uniquely inspired today.
Please remember that all inspiration links should be inspired by images from the Illustrations Pinterest board. Make sure you've clicked on the thumbnail first (to set full page focus on your inspiration piece) in order to copy the right link for pasting into your descriptions.
Use the keyword: IC515 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you follow each keyword with a comma and a space.
In case you're easily overwhelmed by thousands of images in one place, I attached a few of my favorite pieces below, but there are soooooo many more to choose from! You can click on the images below to see them bigger and to get their links on SCS. Don't forget to let us know which photo served as your inspiration piece, please.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge.
There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!

A person could get lost in this beautiful board! I found a few a liked but went with this one to use a flower I'd made. I omitted the fairy. Nailed Round Ombre
I made two different ones since I couldn't decide. I made a card last night for the first time in 2 1/2 years and went for a few more today- for that "first time" I don't think I did too bad ;)
What an amazing site, had to pin the whole board for future inspiration! I made this sunset card but if I find more time, Ill make another incorporating one of those many whimsy ideas. Miles Sunset
