This week’s inspiration challenge was suggested by Lynn (pressed4time) who has collected Lang Calendars for about 20 years. They have lots of gorgeous designs to inspire us.
Please use only the Lang Calendars for your inspiration (not the note cards or other things from the website). I have uploaded three images, but feel free to use any calendar image for your inspiration. Make sure you link us up to the Calendar that inspired you.
Use the keyword: IC164 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
**ETA - Once you choose an inspiration calendar, you can click on a link to go the twelve pictures on the calendar. Unfortunately, the links on this page of 12 images do not work. Just link to the main calendar page & let us know the column and row numbers of the picture you chose.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

Here is my card...I tried to get the link to post where I got the inspiration from...wouldnt let me. It is under the Winget's Sketchbook Calendars. It would be the one in the 2nd column and the 4th one down. I hope you like it. Thanks for the challenge.

Wonderful choice. It's one of those inspiration challenges where DH is saying click on that one...that one looks good...you have the chef stamp...that one is amazing.
So I think it's going to take a bit of time to choose one!!

I loved the inspiration pieces and chose something right away. I'm not too pleased with my results though but decided to post it anyway. Here is my card.

Happily stampin' away the day!
Ack! I can't wait to start to stamp today, and to participate in this challenge, but DH is sleeping in the spare bedroom tonight which is where all my stamps are! (We both have nasty colds, and are too restless to be in the same bed.) Why oh why won't he wake up?!
I managed to get a card done this morning - woohoo! I loved the blue and brown vintage image that Steph posted and that's the one I had to use. It gave me a chance to play with a whole lot of new goodies. Here's my card - TFL!
I just want to let you know about adding the links to the inspiration to your post about your card. I was having so much trouble last night trying to add the link, but only got a tiny box once it was viewed...so, I figured it out that maybe the actual picture on some of them you are not able to link it because it is Copyrighted, I don't know. To solve my problem, I went to my inspiration heading and pointed out which column and row my inspiration came from. Does this make sense. If it doesn't, go back after writing your story about your card and click on the link you just added...you will not be able to view the calender. Good luck!
Just wanted everyone to know because I've noticed that this morning trying to view cards from your links and would only see a tiny tiny box with only an icon on it.
Once you get your inspiration calendar header on the page, after you click on the picture, then it props you to go to the 12 other calenders, YOU CAN NOT COPY AND PASTE IN THIS SECTION. You'll just have to do it from the calender page itself and let people know by the rows or section that its in.
