Inspiration Challenge 142 ~ Marimekko Umbrellas

Last week it was Swimwear … this week it is Umbrellas.

Our inspiration ~ Marimekko Umbrellas ~ was suggested by Stampin’ Annie. They have so many fun colors and patterns.

I have uploaded three of my favorites, but feel free to use any of the Marimekko umbrellas for inspiration. Make sure you provide a link to your inspiration when you upload, and please make something new for the challenge.

Use the keyword: IC142 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.

How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!

Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

Great Inspiration Challenge...hope I have time to play today!
I love to see a cheerful umbrella on a rainy day!
I"m sporting a Vera Bradley currently....it seems that since I bought this one we have had blue skies...nothing but blue skies are shining on me.....LOL!

Hi! Wow...I kinda spent way too much time looking for an umbrella stamp. Speedy the Cat was upset and kept putting a cake stamp in my lap...Think he wanted to tell me something??? LOL!

I really didn't want to use an umbrella, anyway...too depressing, as Fay's storm bands are still hitting us...
