To celebrate some of the last days of summer, this week’s inspiration is Athleta Swimwear. They have lots of great patterns and styles to inspire you.
There are lots of fun swimsuits to choose from. I have uploaded three of my favorites, but feel free to use anything from their swimwear collection. Make sure you provide a link to your inspiration when you upload, and please make something new for the challenge.
Use the keyword: IC141 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Wowzers! I just went to upload a card and clicked on this by mistake. Never thought it would be posted this early Stef. Thanks for another great challenge.
Ooh... I love athleta stuff. I always get their catalogs and think to myself "wow, I could spend money on neat sportswear if I didn't blow all my money on stamps!" Can't wait to get started on this! Thanks for posting it so early!

Here's to all my SCS girlfriends!!! This simple card for today's inspiration challenges is dedicated to all you wonderful stampers that I have become friends with--without even really knowing you. I look forward to visiting with you all everyday!! So here's to friendships that can develope all because of a common interest and the internet!! Have a great weekend everyone!!
Very cute and depressing at the same time. I don't think I've seen a size 2 since I was 20 years old. With 4 kids, a hysterectomy, and gravity working against me at 45 years old, I work way too hard to stay in a 10. I'll try to play this later today. My upline is having a meeting this morning. She's #47 in the company and is #11 in sales. I want to watch her work the crowd. Have a great day.
This was such fun that my mind was all over the place. Unfortunately, all the ideas were squished into one tiny card. I suppose I hit inspiration overload. It may not be the prettiest thing, but I sure had fun playing

I sadly agree with KY Southern Belle - the days of those swimsuits looking darling on me age gone. Bucking up from the depression of that thought here is my card for the challenge. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...9614?cat=12256
I dont know about anyone else, but I'm having real issues getting into the site today! I'll continue to try, but it's taking far too much time. May have to pass.
